    That I do not care for Ninjitsu in fact if it never gets ported I never care. My personal preference is I dislike the set but that is me and nothing more I much rather get Ice Armor than Ninjitsu

    Perma Phase went away after people in the arena would win one match and then go into perma phasemode until the match was over winning the event. I remember the long rants on that power and how it was destroying what little the people played the PVP arena

    Most have devolved in other words had things taken from it

    Hasten use to give 5% defense and was pretty darn easy to make perma

    Acrobatics was totally gutted; the KB protection use to be off the charts. It was great now it is um semi useful

    Stealth use to give 5% defense at all times and did not suppress (this had to change for PVP purpose)

    If i remember correctly it's been a while I think Maneuvers, Combat Jumping and Tactics all had their numbers lowered {can some one verify for me old age is catching up with me }

    Last time I tested this way back around I7 I had a dm/da I was working on respec and trying all the different builds I tried COF + TOF + presence pool and I can honestly say it was one of the most underwhelming builds ever. So I can confirm this first hand that Mildays hit the nail on the head in the sets performance.

    The pool just out right blows chunks and has not changed in any way since I5. I can say I was underwhelmed. Then the other question is why do you have to take a taunt power I mean the builds that could benefit most from the presence pool trollers and defenders the last thing they want is to be taunting mobs.

  10. Man why can you not leave that long dual grind alone. I use the Posi TF as a merit farm.

    Yes I solo the things over a couple days sometimes weeks haha

    I will pass thank you very much. I get no enjoyment from being evil and the truth is I tried and I have not found one class Villain side I enjoy so even with going rogue I have no plans to move a Villain to Hero side. Maybe one day I will break down and get a villian super hign but so far I just dislike the classes

After the patch goes live, that will stop.

    The Recovery given by PP did not change, only the Recovery/Regen given by the proc (and *only* when it was being amplified by Heal/EndMod IOs).

    The thing about PP is that it's a relatively common power that takes both Heal IO sets (and thus these procs) *and* EndMod enhancements, which allowed the +Recovery to be boosted by enhancements. The +Regeneration could be boosted in *all* powers the procs could be slotted into.


    Edit:
    Maybe I should clarify that the +Regeneration was only affected by the Heal enhancements, and the +Recovery only by the EndMod enhancements.
    Which was never made clear in the 1 line note and I did not have PP on live or dev with it so thanks

    Ok my rant may be irrelevant after looking at my stats between live and dev

    Ok what i think they did not make clear on the bug fix this does not look to effect the recovery rate you get from Numia. I am still receiving the same end buff from it being slotted in health on live and test. Does anyone have it slotted in Physical perfection to test ? What they may have done is that PP was getting an additional +recovery buff % from numia you have your +end buff that turns around and also enhances the endurance rate in PP(this is a guess because their post is not clear and from what i see on my toon from live to dev)

    They knew about it in IO beta they said they had not plan to allow miracles, etc to be in health and stamina but decided to leave it in game now they are changing everything once again if they make a bunch of changes I hope they give me a chance to respec and keep all my IO's because some of these changes that may happen will make a lot of IO's on my fire/shield worthless on him I already spent or farmed for them so be it but this kind of irks me when they make big changes like that and you have to do a bunch of respects to get the IO's back or lose them which is complete BS.   18. Ok I got this scrapper of the ground I have an idea for a final build but I like some for alternate build from people just to see what other people are looking at.

    A couple things Nimble slice hate the attack so i will always skip this and on IO's PVP and Purples are out on this build to much farming to pay for them. Numia and stuff I can get with Posi runs and AE so no issues on all the other normal IO sets

    So if you have some builds I love to seem them

  19. For leveling 2 end 2 acc and 2 damage work well if you like to fight a lot of +lvl mobs if you fight at +1 or even 2 end 1 acc 3 damage works well. I prefer the 1st setup this was my standard slotting pre io's on both my /da scrappers

    When you get to about 42 6 slot multistrike lvl 40-45 ones the cheapest aoe set you can buy you will cap damage get about 70% end reduction and roughly 65% acc and too boot add 1.88 defense to melee and aoe. My favorite set to put in damage auras by far
  20. The best of my current toon is dm/sr my katana/wp was ok running it but my dm/sr and I do not use hasten or SS I just use ninja run and run by everything

    It is a shield charge like power I know what to expect from it shield charge is omfg because of the damage. It is just the way the power works is entertaining and fun to use
  23. Is one best powers for fun. It is so fun watching it jump from mob to mob I am addicted to the attack

    Not because it does all this monster damage it is a good solid attack the best part is just the chain shock and trying to get it to chain 4-5 mobs :]

    I know I know why post I just had to say it one of the real fun attacks in COH

  24. Ok I am posting as a person who ran a build with out tough weave and with maneuvers + assault and one with it on my fire/sd scrapper I did this as a proff of concept of a build that you could go without tough weave and still solo an AV (I do have aidself)

    Can you make a build using Maneuvers + assault and no fighting pool and still solo an AV ? heck yes you can I proved it even ran the all scrapper STF with that build. I tell you right now my tough + weave build has done way way better in surviving by going to 30+% s/l resistance because the amount of burst damage was reduced and so if Marauder or someone got lucky with close together monster hits I was not dead.

    I like the leadership pool and have it on some other scrappers

    My current build boast a 37.5% global recharge I am working on another 10% buff; if I want i could swap out a kismet and add another 7.5%recharge but I like my Kismet. I also boast a decent 14.4 hp regen rate will jump to 16.8 when I get my +regen tissue IO

    I am still chasing 1 purple in my build and chasing a + regen tissue I have played very little the last 3 months due to real life kids+ work + holidays + son was getting close on his Arrow of Light

    While I'm not sure whether or not Fire/Shield is more popular than Electric/Shield (better AoE) or Dark Melee/Shield (better AV soloer), I think a lot of players like the fact that it's a good compromise choice between for those who like AoE and single target. It is however easy to see that it has become a very popular variant of scrapper.
    I have no problems with fire shields and AV I just stuck aidself issue solved
