Since I lose efficiency from IOs as I get exemplared on PvP zones, do you think it would be worth to have a build for RV with IOs and another for the other PvP zones with SOs?

I feel the need to defend myself and I don't even know why... can you please enlighten me as to why you have tried to be offensive on the above commentary?
Readdressing the matter at hand, the guide does offer good strategy for marketing, but my point is still that a newcomer will get a rougher time than he had to (market/salvage wise) because of the current pricing of common salvage. And I'm not talking about experienced players with new characters, I am talking about new players. -

No he didn't. That is a terrible misconception spread by those who are unable to grasp the concept "Go hunt. Kill skullz."
If you play the game you will find items. Some of those items are common salvage. You can then sell those common salvages on the market. Then you can buy common salvage on the market.

I was a part of the "Kill Skullz" movement and I do miss it... the problem is how are you supose to be crafting your nifty enhs when you get 10 pieces of salvage worth 200inf on WW/BM and need another 10 that are worth 100k+?
They should all be of easy access to lowbies BECAUSE they are common. They should be able to do exactly what you just said, but they can't. Not if they try to actually play the game beyond Atlas Park's AE's lobby and the sweet spot behind perky Ms Liberty. For those who choose the above mentioned path of farming it is only natural to pay a gazilion inf for a handfull of common salvage, since they don't get 'em as a drop and cannot trade them for tickets.
I just think it's not fair. And I know fair has nothing to do with it. But it still not... nice, y'know? -
Is there a command that tells me how many badges I have aquired? And/or a command to export a list of currently aquired badges?

The assault Recharge Enhs were an honest mistake that has been corrected.
About Rectified Retical and the +perception, I don't think it's a proc, is it? I think it is always on no matter where you slot it. Someone please clarify me on the matter.
I don't think I'm going to drop Power Push. Actually I'm just sorry I can't get it's KB above the 40 mark. I am wide open on thoughts about the Epic Power Pool though... WIDE OPEN. What if I dropped TI and Force of Nature for Total Focus and PFF? Total Focus is great due to the KB factor and I can slot PFF with another KB protection/LotG. The problem there would be going belowe 40KB protection, but oh well... I would like to keep Repulsion Field for the sake of trying to keep the gangbangers away (and anything I might be trying to drop on its back)... but if the argument is strong I might change the whole pool for a diferent one as well.
About shifting and Aid Self... I am not PvP tested by I've seen people shifting for survive just to get hit by a shifting foe. I don't know how well PFF can hold on PvP but I thought that with the KB + PFF I could manage to apply Aid Self safely on the run.
Once again, I am open to all ideas and will discuss any possibilities. Nothing is written on stone and I might drop anything for the sake of wise advise. -

Ok, I have only one level 50 toon and it's a energy\energy blaster who wasn't build for PvP. Now that I have a free respec I would like to remake him to such purpouse.
This is the build that I came up with and I would like your review on it.
Also, I've read a lot of good comments regarding Power Boost but it's miraculous effects seem to evade me. I might get the hang of it on a test basis, but if the more aged players could share with me before hand what their experiences are with this power, that would be most providencial.

I've checked out your build Neeto, it seems very interesting and very very expensive. =]
I still would like to get responses to my last questions and another one regarding your build: Everest's build gave me about 80hp/s regen where yours gives me about the same I got on my own (10hp/s as I recall), would that be a major setback on PvP? How well can buffed up regen save me on PvP battles? -

A few questions about the build you have proposed:
- The "chance of hold" on the Devastation set is skippable?
- Isn't Thortrops a good PvP tool? I figured it would be a nice way to control a small crowd with wormhole or to keep a player in place after the hold has worn off.
- I have read that recharge enhancements did not work on MM pets. Do they work fine with "regular" pets? -

I am fairly new to the game (only 1 lvl 50 blaster) and I took an interest for PvP as an end-game goal. I decided to roll a dom before I knew about the I15 changes and now, as I did then, I have no PvP experience, so I put up my planned build for review.
Seen that I am a complete n00b at PvP, I just wanna make sure to acknowledge that I WILL TAKE ANY TYPE OF ADVISE. As long as it is wise advise, that is... =]

I'm very unexperienced on PvP and I noticed on Mid's that there is such a thing as Elusivity. How does it work exactly? Does it replace defence or do the two of them work together? Or... what??

Ok, I cant hit a phased out target, but I have seem comments on phasing out together to hit it. Is that possible? If I'm phased out, can I hit a phased out player?
