if you use both builds then slot one for RV with 50's or the highest for the set and slot your other build with io's that go no higher then 33 so you can use them in both SC and WB. that seems to be the best combo to go with, but im'm sure you'll get a few different opinions on it.
oh, and when you can afford them, purples in both. or PvP sets as i believe they exemp like the purples do.
Since I lose efficiency from IOs as I get exemplared on PvP zones, do you think it would be worth to have a build for RV with IOs and another for the other PvP zones with SOs?
