Ok, I have only one level 50 toon and it's a energy\energy blaster who wasn't build for PvP. Now that I have a free respec I would like to remake him to such purpouse.

This is the build that I came up with and I would like your review on it.

Also, I've read a lot of good comments regarding Power Boost but it's miraculous effects seem to evade me. I might get the hang of it on a test basis, but if the more aged players could share with me before hand what their experiences are with this power, that would be most providencial.

Ur going overboard on the KB thing. power push and repulsion field is too much... all you need is power thrust and learn how to use it is all. Assault need end redux not recharge. U need a phase type power... aid self and PFF will not save you much. and how do you have 131.5% damage boost? or is my mids trippin' out? I'd pick up TF instead of Power Push. If you have to have it Slot Aid Self with lvl 50 Numinas' or Doc Wounds. Rectified Retical can go into Tactics so the +perc will always be on.

Oh no wonder... if the OP wants extra damage, get rid of these Procs and just but in damage procs in attack powers. I would recommend revising the slotting in them to adjust for that.

First of all thanks for the feedback.

The assault Recharge Enhs were an honest mistake that has been corrected.

About Rectified Retical and the +perception, I don't think it's a proc, is it? I think it is always on no matter where you slot it. Someone please clarify me on the matter.

I don't think I'm going to drop Power Push. Actually I'm just sorry I can't get it's KB above the 40 mark. I am wide open on thoughts about the Epic Power Pool though... WIDE OPEN. What if I dropped TI and Force of Nature for Total Focus and PFF? Total Focus is great due to the KB factor and I can slot PFF with another KB protection/LotG. The problem there would be going belowe 40KB protection, but oh well... I would like to keep Repulsion Field for the sake of trying to keep the gangbangers away (and anything I might be trying to drop on its back)... but if the argument is strong I might change the whole pool for a diferent one as well.

About shifting and Aid Self... I am not PvP tested by I've seen people shifting for survive just to get hit by a shifting foe. I don't know how well PFF can hold on PvP but I thought that with the KB + PFF I could manage to apply Aid Self safely on the run.

Once again, I am open to all ideas and will discuss any possibilities. Nothing is written on stone and I might drop anything for the sake of wise advise.

the +perc is not a proc and its not a globle auto so you should put it in a toggle.

if you are facing a player like urself who has over 40 points in KB protection, 2 of ur powers has gone to waste.

If you choose to go with power epic, Keep TI but you can drop force of nature is it kill only add ~5% more res.

If you chain your attack with Aim BU, Power Thrust, TF, and snipe, then your other attacks, this maximized burst dmg for an nrg/nrg blaster, giving you the highest chance to kill a squishie beofre he gets away.

Those who Phase and stick around are either trying to 'taunt' the other players. If you Phase turn on invis and run for your life, you have about 97% of escape. If you PFF and try to Aid Self you have about 50/50 chance.

Thanks Captain_Croatia for the info on the +perc. Unless it has been field tested otherwise, I am going with the Paragon Wiki explanation.

I came up with a new version of the build. I dropped Medicine and the whole Epic Power Pool thingie for concealment and TF.

here's a nit-picker; you can drop a single Gaussian's ToHit/Recharge out of Tactics and place a Mako's acc/dmg/rech/end into TF to make TF that much better. but overall it looks like a decent hit and run blaster.
