Im no pro but here is a build i quickly did in mids. I think everyone one says to aim ur set bonus for hp, damage, acc and recharge.
Try and find more slots for Wormhole i sure its a great longish lasting stun.
Hopefully some others can chime in with more sense lol

First of all, thanks for the input. I can see the benefits of your build over mine already. =]
A few questions about the build you have proposed:
- The "chance of hold" on the Devastation set is skippable?
- Isn't Thortrops a good PvP tool? I figured it would be a nice way to control a small crowd with wormhole or to keep a player in place after the hold has worn off.
- I have read that recharge enhancements did not work on MM pets. Do they work fine with "regular" pets?

I've checked out your build Neeto, it seems very interesting and very very expensive. =]
I still would like to get responses to my last questions and another one regarding your build: Everest's build gave me about 80hp/s regen where yours gives me about the same I got on my own (10hp/s as I recall), would that be a major setback on PvP? How well can buffed up regen save me on PvP battles?
Stand alone, regenerating HP is probably better than a weak heal like Radiant Aura or Warmth for example due to heal suppression. If you are going up against DPS type builds like brutes, tanks, scrappers, defenders, controllers, MMs, and some corruptors AND if you are moving around, moving away, and even using walls as cover, regen comes in quite handy.
It's not very usefull for obvious reasons against spike teams, or burst damage type builds like blasters, stalkers, doms, etc. Unless you get away and hide regen won't come in handy there.
I like it because it puts me back in the game faster after i ran away so it indirectly increases my offense output.
I am fairly new to the game (only 1 lvl 50 blaster) and I took an interest for PvP as an end-game goal. I decided to roll a dom before I knew about the I15 changes and now, as I did then, I have no PvP experience, so I put up my planned build for review.
Seen that I am a complete n00b at PvP, I just wanna make sure to acknowledge that I WILL TAKE ANY TYPE OF ADVISE. As long as it is wise advise, that is... =]
