  7. I skimmed through this thread, so I haven't seen what everyone has said, so I'm not quite sure if this has been said.

    Personally, I would prefer it if they removed the time on time bomb, and when choosing time bomb, give you a secondary power with it(Similar to how change ammunition in DP gives you 3 side powers). This secondary power would obviously be a detonator. This would increase mileage of Time Bomb by a lot methinks, as well as give you more control over the situation. After all, if you were a demolition specialist, would you just set up your big bomb to explode with the chance of it doing no damage at all if you didn't lure your opponent to it in time?

    I recall in Ramiel's arc, the first mission has you pitted against all those AVs, and although they are AVs, they're only yellow to you. I can't recall exactly what level they are, but I believe they were 54 AVs, which may give rise to possibly 50+8 in the future (providing the Devs choose to have the incarnate abilities similar to those within the mission).

  10. I'm a little stingy on points, so I only bought 10 packs. Luckily, I got all of the elemental order pieces and 725 reward merits. Oh happy day. Oh and some tanker ATO I'll never use.
  11. I am definitely an F on my first account, and a G or H on my 2nd.
  12. I do plan to drop below for SSAs. I'll be using a second build with just simple IOs for the ones below LF. Shouldn't be so bad, methinks.

    EDIT: Also, from what I understand, with the ATOs, khelds get a proc that boosts resistance, right? With that I can drop the extra slot from tough and not use it, since I should hit 85% res without it with that in place.
  13. Hello there, builders. I have been trying to create a human-only pb build that has max resistances and good defenses, while having perma Hasten, LF, IL, and EB. I have been able to achieve this for the most part, but I have not been able to softcap my s/l defense nor achieve perma-hasten (7.5s off). I'm not too stellar of a builder, so I hope that reachin' out to you folks will allow me to get the build I desire.

    [I went for Eye as opposed to Bolt because I like it better, that is all. I also grabbed the Rez, because sometimes death just happens.]

The way I see it, is that we still have two more arcs left of WWD after #5, which could quite possibly mean the person who is meant to die in the arcs will do so in #7, with any casualties beforehand just extra bodies. We've already seen one person die already in the arc series, so I don't see why they couldn't just pull it again.

    IIRC, I thought the devs only made Vanguard weapons of things that do lethal damage. And while I haven't seen the numbers, I'd assume it's smashing. >_>

    Personally, I prefer to ignore the scientific improbabilities and strange happenings, but things do get a little weird when you can 'arrest' foes by dropping all of your weight into a broadsword that connects with their skull.(As this would normally cleave their skull in two at the very least)

    If you're talking about the things in their powers that say something like: Luck of the Gambler Global Recharge Bonusx5, Tiny Increased Health bonusx2, etc. those are set bonuses from using IOs.
