I think the main problem for making AVs and GMs tougher is that it might lead to situations where you need a certain AT or powerset to be successful.

Or change timed missions to the timer only starting when you enter the door.

Check the "New Players" section - there's a pretty steady stream of posts there from people just starting the game.

What I think happend was that they realized that going around filming would waste valuable sunbathing and drinking time, so they just taped the camera to Positron's head, and went to the beach - but this just left a film that showed nothing but Positron's food and table during his lunchbreak, and his monitor as he worked on I13 - that's why they're having trouble editing the footage into something watchable, but not too revealing.

I'm pretty sure if it was actually costume parts, it'd be sold like the wedding pack.

Mind you I'm still trying to figure out how the 'Pocket D' teleport and 'Call' contacts on their (mobile/cell)phones still work from there and how the Cimerora mission givers seem to have cellphones, surely the 'Call' roman mission givers should be replaced with 'Summon Runner' which summons a roman herald who fades in, runs up to you, pauses, then runs off and fades out.

I think it would have been ok if they made it so that you had to go to him each time - the zone's not that big, and it wouldn't have been too much trouble to return to him eahc time.

Not really - it was the mindset they had back then - individual murders are harmful to society, as they lead to cycles of violence and revenge - but society as a whole can kill someone who is seen as a danger to society.
