Union server seems to have the most organized RP on it - they usually meet at the Glaxay Girl statue in Galaxy City - there's a thread here about it too.

No, they're all English - but there are Spanish and French Canadian SGs around.

I'm not sure if this bug is new, but I've noticed that certain spawnpoints on certain maps in MA produce mobs that are surrounded by aura of bubbles and they "float up" when defeated instead of falling. It doesn't always happen, and seems to reset itself in a few minutes if you don't attack them though, so I'm not telling which maps.

It depends on how they actually handle the going rogue part - if you switch sides, then you'd be unable to enter any of your former faction zones, so you'd have no access to any base portals anyway.
