I would start eating tasty Dev heads if this were to happen. That is a PITIFUL amount of content for an expansion. I foresee three new zones at least, Dual Pistols, Demon Summoning, much more than one or two taskforces...where did you get the Manti story from? You know this is about the Praetorian Statesman, Tyrant invading our dimension, as well as Villains becoming Heroes and Heroes becoming Villains?

If they make GR possible from level 1, and the current set-up of like 10 levels per zone is followed, then that'd be at least 5 new zones.
But if they decide to try totally massive zones instead, then there might only be two or three needed to cover the 1-50 content.

This is going to add so much to the game - not just content, but backstory too - right now, the Praetorians are just another set of Portal Corp missions, but GR will give them their own world for us to explore - that's totally cool.

But with all the fog, would you even be able to tell if it was busy or not?

It's logical - our way of spelling and talking is the most recent form of English, so it's the correct one - it's like you don't talk like Shakespeare anymore, because you evolved from it to a more modern style - and that's just what we've done with English

Buy the biggest plot size - if you haven't already - then try and work out how to fill it

Well, the idea od dimesional rifts or ruptures is already in the game, as several Portal Corp missions involve us having to seal the ruptures - so it's possible that something Tyrant does causes dimensional ruptures that can't be sealed, which would help his invasion plans, but it'd also give a good explaination as to how anyone was now able to access Praetoria - while other dimensions would still only be accessable via Portal Corp, the passage between our world and Praetoria would become impossible to regulate or control because of the ruptures.

More than one new zone, as they mention "new zones", not "new zone".
I've no idea how we'll get to Praetoria though - it looks like GR is not going to be 40+, so just using Portal Corp like we do right now doesn't realy look like an option.
Will they make Portal Corps offices in lower level zones? And if dimensional travel is so dangerous, then would they really encourage it like that? Or will there be some kind of dimensional rift that makes accessing Praetoria much easier than other dimension? Something similar to the Ouroboros portal, perhaps?

I don't think I15 is poor - it's kinda small, but I think it's only really here as a bridge between the major stuff of MA and GR - espeically as the announcements were so close together - we got I14, then I15 was announced pretty soon after, and then the whole GR surprise very soon after too.

I think their schedule is still a little disrupted over the shifting of the MA - after GR comes out, it should get back to normal.
And don't forget that pretty much the whole team will be focusing on GR right now - they were probably busy with it even while the MA was being developed, as the MA didn't need the full range of devs to get it up and running - like BAB and his animators, Castle and his power team, and War Witch wouldn't really be needed that much for creating the MA system, so they'd be free to work on GR.

Pants cover the whole leg, shorts cover less than half the leg, and briefs are like the bottom part of underwear.

I'm like 75% done for Leader - but as the MA doesn't give Inf badge credits, my progress has kinda slowed down since I14 came out

Trousers sounds so totally old fashioned - like only the over 50s would wear them

While it's nice to see Riktified Hero 1 and also to craft a lost cure, might it be possible to cure Hero 1 after you defeat him? Oh... you don't want to make old content obsolete?

Not sure what you mean why would individual story threads nessicerely add to each other? I also wonder are you paying attention there us allready a link between Ouroborus and the midnighters there's also a semi link between the midnighters and the new task force in the form of the 5th column so there are links there.

As to the healing of hero1 he's not a member of the lost he's something else the wand only works on the lost of paragon earth and more work on it is required for it to affect the other rikti.

Yeah - first we find out that Nemesis is tied up with the second Rikti invasion, then he - or a version of him - comes along with a time travel breakthough, but presents it as being limited to our own lifetimes - but then the Midnighters come on the scene using the same crystals, and are able to send us way back in time without any problems at all, where we run into the 5th Column planning their return, which then leads into I15 - plus there's there's the whole Coming Storm thing too.
The Issues do add new plot elements, and they do seem to tie together in some way - even if we don't know exactly how yet
