I think some French Canadians would like to play on the French server.

These are my guesses:
Current Heroes and Villains won't have access to Praetoria until they're a higher level - like 35, as that seems to be the dev choice for co-op to start, whuch makes sense as a low level Hero hasn't really done enough to fall yet, and a low level Villain hasn't done enough to need redeeming.
Moral choice missions will only be in Praetoria, and only they will give you good or evil rep points that can shift your morallity.
New avatars will have the choice of starting in Praetoria as well as Paragon City or the Rogue Isles.
Players who start as Heroes or Vilains will still be restricted to the current AT choices for their side - but players who choose to start in Praetoria will be neutral, and can select any Hero or Villain AT.
Depending on if the devs want there to be a genuine third Neutral/Mercenary faction, it'd be possible for those who start in Praetoria to level all the way to 50 in a fully fleshed out territory, like Heroes in PC, or Villains in the RI.
If this isn't the case, then at some point, players who started off as neutral would have to make a choice which side they were going to join - and once they'd made it, they'd be restricted to either Hero or Villain content only. -

It's silly, but I think the stuff they have for each level is funny - but does anyone know what the top and bottem levels are?

I noticed the PvP section is back to being called plain old "Player vs Player", and the whole "Pwnz" thing seems to have been dropped, or made less obvious.

Heterosexuality is flaunted in this game endlessly. From Mants and Sisters wedding (which was a huge event) to players saying "Wife/Husband agro" to Fusionettes and Faultlines heterosexual realtionship. Does it bother you that these heterosexual relationships are mentioned in game?

lag to the point it took 12 min to get to the far island in nerva
so can we get a fix and a reset of double exp weekend?

No, there are a few Nemesis snipers in FF - they mostly seem to be on the buildings by the river. -

i've seen your name mentioned in passing, usually in a humorous/whimsical context.
i'm not sure about stylish and sophisticated, but definitely sleeker in some ways. The old boards had what i'd almost call a classic comics feel compared to the new boards, but the more i use the new forums the more i like them.
The old forums were more golden age, but with GR, we need more subtle color shades, I think
