My guess is just the download, as the only physical copies being made are for North America only, so sending you the CDs wouldn't be much use.

I am perfectly capable of doing such a thing, and whether or not I can or can't isn't the point. I just stated that I am dissappointed that there aren't more classic fantasy-styled costume pieces, because, let's face it, there aren't. And I would like some for my characters that aren't in Praetoria as well. Don't get me wrong. I like the new costume pieces, which I believe I stated already, and I'm sure I will find a use for them. I'd just like something a bit more magicky in the future. :| I don't see anything wrong with that, and I don't see a reason why the Devs have to completely cast magic characters to the wayside in favor of high-tech stuff, which we seem to be getting a lot of. I get that Praetoria is an "advanced" version of primal earth, but if magic exists in CoH cannon in Primal Earth, why not Praetoria? It's supposed to be sort of a mirror world. *Shrug.* Anyway, whatevs. I'll just cross my fingers, like I said, and hope for something that strikes my fancy in the next update.
Also, depending on what angle they take, you might get some with an underwater zone too

Hmmm... Bringing up Issue 19 and the need to have purchased GR does make me pause and wonder if this means that Incarnate will technically be like Issue 1 for City of Heroes and Issue Seven (Destiny Manifest) for Villains in that this will be something that might add a new zone to praetoria, higher levels of content, etc. etc.

They're still working on the "Coming Storm" story and that will most likely be open to everyone. They could update Cimerora or other existing zones. They could open up a new zone for everyone to access (maybe we'll go into the future for that one instead of the past).
