Without reading the rest of this thread yet, I'll point out that the "official" word from the devs is that-- generally speaking-- even when villains are shot, stabbed, burned or whatever, they are immediately teleported to the 'Zig, where they receive medical treatment and then get locked up.

Hmn....you may want to check their legs, GG. I know for definite that guy looks like his legs got stunted at a young age. Same as Liberty and the others. Something just seems off proportion wise.
