Well, technically, you choose to be a Hero or a Villain at level 20 when you leave Praetoria, and stop being a Praetorian, as you're now living and working on Primal Earth, to that would be covered by the "Primal Earth heroes and villains" bit.

The new Galaxy City map will only be for the tutorial - the old Galaxy City zone map will be made into an "echo", and shifted to Ouroboros.

Quote:"Primal Earth heroes and villains and their Resistance allies" would still be a more accurate description of the content - and although most players will probably know that Incanrate Trials are always co-op, only mentioning heroes in the description of a new one might confuse some peopleNope. Villains are heroes in the case of world saving. Villains are only villains when they are destroying the world. Villain mind games for 1000, Alex.

This is a very nice "mini-Issue" - some problems with the character copy tool meant I didn't get a chance to play-test the new Trial on Test server, so it'll be almost a totally new experience when I do it tonight

Also, does anyone else think that this bit...
...is kinda ignoring red side a bit too much? I know the game is called "City of Heroes", and blue side has the main population, but Villains still should get a mention in co-op contentQuote:Primal Earth heroes and their Resistance allies

When I'm shuffling teams for Lambda Sector, if they're available, I usually put 2 Brutes on one team to balance the one Tank on the other

Quote:Base changes are quite likely in the future - it's another potential cash stream, with a huge range of cosmetic items that could be made and sold. This was my reaction as well seeing the title. I'm sure they will hop on those base changes as well.
With the devs limiting "pay to win" features, PvP is a much smaller potential cash stream.
With the Paragon Market emphasizing cosmetic rather than practical items, player housing is always going to have a higher priority than PvP for developer attention. -

It's possible they could do something - they've said that they've not announced all the stuff in I21 yet, as they're wanting to focus at first on the new free-to-play options and the other non-gamepaly related changes.

You can also talk to Mender Ramiel at the Ouroboros Citadel for info on Incarnates - and if you run his mission arc, you'll unlock your Alpha slot at the end of it.

Quote:You're wildly mistaken thereI can't stand FREEM. I guess it wont go away, but I wish it would. It has nothing to do with CoH.
It is politics that made it's way into the game, a place it has no business being.
FREEM started on the Colbert Report.
"Take the do out of Freedom"
Yes, it is a comedy show. But it is a comedy show about politics. I come to CoH to get away from all that, not to be reminded of it.
I so very much wish FREEM would just die.

I want to try Keyes Island first - I didn't get the chance to test it, so it will be almost totally new to me
