The whole thing needs a general rethink - the way it calaculates expansion is weird and looks un-natural.

The joke's on us...those two are actually Praetorian spies, keeping track of all the Incarnates queuing up for Trials. Their banter back and forth is actually coded messages being transmitted back to Emperor Cole.

One of the side effects of doing BAFs a lot to get my incarnate stuff is I find myself hovering near Desperate Guy and Turndown Girl in Pocket D for up to half an hour whilst waiting to join a BAF. Her constant disdainful responses are a sort of cumulative tragedy. As such, I'm now feeling more than a little sorry for the poor guy, whose lines are indeed quite bad, but they make my gf laugh when I use them on her.
Turndown Girl needs to give him a break, I reckon.
So Devs, please can you include some alternate dialogue for them in I21? Maybe have her be swayed by his idiot charm and persistence over the next few issues? -

This makes me sad. I really do prefer Galaxy over AP. No congestion and an easier map to get around. I always went there to pay base upkeep just to avoid AP. Galaxy City I miss ya already.

No - it's only the tutorial zone - once you exit the tutorial, that's the end of your time in Galaxy City.

I only ask because I like Galaxy City. But having said that it would certainly break the immersion were supposed to feel in-game I think if not even a single brick is out of place.
The old Galaxy zone map will be available as an "echo" at Ouroboros for people to collect the olds badges there. -

Part of the issue is that there is no incentive to run say an ITF at +3 (yes you get minimal extra cash, but that's not really important) which would sort out some of the problems we experienced.
If you got slightly better chances of shards or drops from 53s than 50s, and in the later stages of incarnates had a difficulty slider that went up beyond +4, then maybe normal content wouldn't be something totally trivial done as fast as possible.
The Incanrate system is more like a mini-game that players can opt in or out of, with its own special powers, features, crafting, enemies, missions and storylines. -

Well I don't know if you've fully slotted your Incarnate abilities yet, but if you have and you're now repeating the BAF just because you enjoy the experience enough, without any rewards, to do it over and over...then you've got some low standards imo.

Which is why I'm doubting the higher tier stuff will even be usable on regular content, or if it is, it will be gimped compared to what it can do in Incarnate content.

It's a nice starter level Trial - it's intended to be the first one people run, so it's set up to ease them into the way Trials work.

A load of my RL friends I played with a long while ago have resubbed to give the incarnate stuff a go. One of them has an elec dom. So what happens ? Many of his powers chain, so we rock up to a group in the WTF, he fires off his power, somebody else fires off an incarnate AoE, one chain and his effect evaporates. Next group and somebody else fires off the incarnate AoE. Kinda renders his toon no fun to play. There are issues with being able to use all the incarnate powers on normal content.
Once we get the next 5 slots, the gap will be even more obvious
