  1. That thread has nothing do to with a solo Incarnate path - it's a thread started by David Nakayama to let players highlight "missing" costume parts, which this steampunk face seems to be.

Or you could just let me guide you through a Trial
  3. I've found the NCSoft Launcher to be WAY faster than the old CoH updater.

    Begging? They aren't tradable

Plus, why not just downgrade the uncommons?

So it's identical to the booster pack system then
  12. Castle mentioned he'd been testing a hover board power a while back - and I think I know what the CoT outfits will look like

They're also recorded, so you can watch them anytime
  15. Don't forget that the game still has a T rating, so they can't be too evil with the red side stuff.

  17. Protean said today that the events in First Ward affect the entire multiverse, not just Praetoria - which might mean that Sorceress Serene and the Talons of Vengeance and their connectiion of some kind to the Well of the Furies is also linked to the Coming Storm in some way.
  18. A break? From CoH? What kind of treason is this?
  19. I just knew that someone was going to do a chart like this eventually

He doesn't - that's why any magic people you played in the 1-20 content are fine

We had loads of conversations about where all the magic was in Praetoria and for almost a year we've been rolling magic characters in Praetoria with no indication of how it was treated there. This kind of information is useful when writing character bios and thinking up RP plots. Revealing it this late is a bit... frustrating to be honest.
    "Late"? It's only level 21
