The second stress test on Test server yesterday saw almost no lag at all on the BAF - Dark Watcher said that they'd done something to the ragdoll system which has helped to cut down on lag.

I think that the mention of levees, plus the coastal setting, as well as the voodoo vibe in parts of First Ward are more clues to Praetoria City being in the New Orleans area - which fits with Anti-matter's reactors powering the whole East Coast, and with the route of the Hamidon coming up from South America and going through Mexico before it was stopped by Tyrant.

The "when" could be significant - the mission is accessed via the Ouroboros Citadel, so that would mean that the Letter Writer would have to be there for us to have seen them only minutes before we get the letter at the end of the mission, which is a pretty short one.Quote:"As always, seek me out in the crystal of fire and ice. If the "when" also refers to players reading it at a later date than it was first added to the game, then the letter was added in I19, Prometheus was added in I20, and Michael and Christy were added in 20.5 - plus any other new NPCs to be added to Ouroboros in future Issues. -
The ski slopes are also being opened up until August 28th.

Lady Grey seems to be presented more as a Victorian woman who has survived into the present day based on her vampire powers and maybe because she's a "slow incarnate" herself.
I don't think her writing/thinking/speech styles match the letter writer. S/he is much more modern. That aside, I just don't think that sort of clandestine "ghost in the machine" stuff is really her bag. She'd use a more direct approach to accomplish her goals.

Second Measue said at SDCC that the next zone to get revamped is one that's been suggested only a couple of times on the forums - so that rules out Boomtown, Dark Astoria and the Shadow Shard
The next logical one would be Kings Row, where they could really use the new graphics to great effect to make the zone into our very own Gotham
Steel Canyon, Skyway City and Talos Island are also posssible targets for the next zone revamp. -

Galaxy City was always behind Atlas Park regarding popularity, but i do hope it won't be fully forgotten now.
Returning there to help or sabotage the rebuilding will have more impact on players than doing the same thing in Boomtown. -
