I'd love it if Booster Packs came with a new costume slot.

I would be interested to see some sort of Fear proc on something like IO Melee, Targeted AoE and PBAoE sets. Granted, I don't claim to be too savvy on what sets would make most sense for a Fear proc but those come to mind. I'm sure others could qualify or the ones I suggested could be just wrong.

In general though I would like to have this type of Proc as an option for characters who are trying to implement as much Fear into a concept as possible. Which.. clearly I'm trying to do. Hehe.

Any interest in this? Reasons it'd be good or bad?

I hadn't had anything done b Scruffyronin in a long time. I recently noticed that his commission list was cleared so I jumped on an affordable sketch commission. I asked him which of my characters in my gallery he wanted to try next and he said, "Definitely her!" and linked to a picture of Brimstona.



I really like what he did with her. He caught her evil joy at hellish carnage quite well. A while back I rerolled Brimstona from Fire/Dark Corruptor to Demon/Storm Mastermind and I'm glad I did. Gives a lot more options for scenes as evidenced by her stomping her hooves on her demon minions and wielding that flame whip. ♥

This is my final piece from Gabe in regards to that 5 buck draw special he had. All in all I'm very pleased with these three pieces for just 15 bucks!



This is the very first piece of art I've commissioned for the Contraptionist, my Steampunk character. A lot of his pieces are delving into the Steampunk genre so I figured it was a good time to break the Contraptionist's clockwork cherry. Now, Gabe took some liberties with the Clockwork I showed him. The Contraptionist is surrounded by Clockwork pets in game (man, if we ever get Clockwork skins as a Robot MM option.. reroll!) and what you see is his version of them helping him making a new Clockwork. I think he would have done the original Clockwork great justice if he did a more literal version of them but I'm happy with the final piece nonetheless.

Yeah. Found that page after I posted. Bummer. Although a disorient proc in a Fear power wouldn't be so bad I suppose. Would still be nice to get a Fear proc at some point.

I'm redoing a concept of Spring Heeled Jack via a Victorian Batman style character. Claws/Nin/Weapon Mastery. Maybe Pyro Judgement for his "fire breathing" not sure on that, if I could find a temp power that was easy to replenish involving fire blast of some sort, that would be preferable. Sadly scrappers/stalkers don't get breath attacks in the Leviathan Pool!

Basically taking /Nin for the gadgets since he's a Natural Origin Victorian gadgeteer/street fighter type.

I admit CoF is the best way to get the Fear aspect in there but I sacrifice 2 toys (I could get the temp power Smoke Flash for the one lost in /Nin). The rest of /Dark seems pretty none Natural to me but I'm sure I can explain most of it away and keep most effects turned off in PvE. EDIT - now that the servers are up and I can double check that, I can't minimize the effects. I was thinking I could similar to Invuln. So that takes /Dark off the table for me for this particular concept.

As an aside - is there any sort of Fear proc in IOs? Hrm.

I'm remaking a concept toon that is definitely fear oriented but the powers he'll be having in his primary and secondary don't have Fear other than being a Stalker so those who are around the assassin strike may get feared.

I was curious if the Vigilante power Fear Incarnate stacks with the PBAoE in the Presence pool. I know neither affect bosses on their own but maybe together they do? Has anyone tried this or do the mechanics of the two powers just not allow it to be feasible regardless of how many low Mag Fears you throw on something?

I really love the animation for Jacobs Ladder in the Electric Melee powersets.

It would be swell if that animation was an option for alternate animations for something like Thunderstrike. That way some of the Electric Assault sets can get in on that goodness!

Great start to a snazzy collection! I really like how your reference sheets have real life face references. It's something I've always meant to do but have no idea where to start with some of my characters. Kudos for that!

So I normally don't go out of my way to get art for Mister Halloween until it gets closer to that time of year BUT since I had three picks to give Fishcat101, I figured Mister Halloween was a no brainer for Gabe's new style.



All in all he did a great job and got this piece out the door extremely quickly. I like the chaotic and action captured feel to this scene. I also like the stitch work he did for Mister Halloween as it's something I try to get across in his costume in game.

Extremely awesome. I noticed in on DA a while back and was greatly impressed by it!

I like the new ones. I'm nostalgic already for the old ones sometimes tho. It would be nice to have an option to choose one over the other but probably necessary to waste any Dev time to make it happen.

Yay for new art styles for Goblin Queen!

Since the last time I showcased Fishcat101's art, his style has taken a turn. Although a good one, I won't say it's better. Just different and very stylized. His new pieces are very Tim Burtonesque, which I love so it's all good!



This was a part of his 5 dollar draw specials. You paid for a slot and he picked the style out of a hat for you. So it could be black and white head sketch, full body color, etc. I bought three and have two more to decide on. I *think* that special may be over and he's increased his prices, rather drastically, but couldn't hurt to ask if anyone is interested!

I think I'll be using Mister Halloween for the next pick as this style would really suit that character. For the third I'm at a bit of a loss since I don't have many characters that fit that look. However, he's done some interesting Steampunk looking pieces and I may use my Contraptionist with his clockwork toys as the third piece. I'm just debating if I should wait until the rumored Steampunk pack comes out to make changes to his costume. ;P
