    I'm having problems with Ms. Liberty. I can't seem to make headway against her regeneration. Once she hits Dull Pain all headway I've made is lost. I tossed an Achilles proc in Hack but it doesn't seem to be effective. My build is a BS/Fire relatively cheaply built. It isn't doing that bad considering when States or some of the other AVs hit you a 3rd of your lifebar goes bye bye.

    There are a few options I can think of for Ms Liberty. The first is the time honored load up full of reds and just beat the living hell out of her. The second is get a shivan. The third is borrow a Kin or Rad for a few minutes but asking someone for help is against everything a scrapper stands for.

    Valk is a pain but that should be solved over time. I might have to get the last 2 sets of Obliteration in Headsplitter and Whirling Sword. Definitely have to get Shivans.

    I could make them AVs by maxing my difficulty but to get through one mission (assuming that my dmg output exceeds the regen) would be 30 min per AV multiplied by 11 AVs in the 1st mission..... Lets see about 5.5 hours. I know scraps are by nature homicidal nutcases but there aren't too many with an attention span like that.

The only time you knew it was the real Phalanx was when I told you.

    I was torture testing my new BS/Fire scrap build. Ran Ricky through "The Scrapper's Fantasy Arc" mission 1. I created the story arc and designed it to be a pain and let me know some of the more blatant problems with my builds.

    Dreck beat Ricky twice and those were my only defeats. Vandal had to have Elude at some point. Dra'Gon and Honoree were painfully slow to kill because I was barely out damaging their regen. They were EB status to make it a fair fight.

    I haven't started mission 2 yet. Figured I'd post it here for those scraps that like throwing down with the biggest and baddest of CoH and CoV. I added a plot to it beyond "hunt kill AVs" This is the mission intro.

I destroyed them both but that got me thinking about how many he actually has made. I am going to send you to a Nemesis base. It is an abandoned facility that Nemesis has hidden well. Nemesis is a genius so I talked to a buddy of mine and asked him how he would hide a base on that scale. The reason I found it is because I wasn’t looking for the base. I was looking for where it could be. Interested in spoiling Nemesis’s day?

    The mission arc is "The Scrapper's Fantasy Arc" #235186. You might not be able to complete it but sometimes you just have to throwdown and see who is left standing when the dust clears.

    I have 2 builds. They aren't directly on point being a Brute and a Scrapper but the slotting and power selections can be switched around for a Tank equivalent. I stand corrected on my Brute build. It only runs about 5 toggles in it's current form.

    The Scrapper is still Valid with I believe 10 toggles. Yup 10. Quills, CJ, Tough, Weave, DE, MC, OS, OG, DS, and CoD

    I want to thank the people that ran my MA arc "Felinewoman 2" and gave me feedback. I went from 11 votes with a 4 average to 29 with a 4 average. The feedback was positive and the rankings were good. It is nice to see people enjoying the work I put in doing the arc. I had fun writing the arc and putting it together.     I'm a regular of Tanker Tuesdays now. It is the reason I now have chrs on Champion as well as Virtue where I started off. The Tanker Tuesday event is great for meeting people and it is fun because you see people all over the CoH universe that normally would never meet each other. I even have Castle, Ex Libris, and Back Alley Brawler on my friends list from the 4 year anniversary.

    I understand both points. Yes there are people that don't care and aren't even on the same server. Yes it might seem kind of arrogant for us to think our event should be part of the CoH game with an official marker.

    The people complaining are missing the point. This isn't to say our event is so important that it should change the game. Anything that promotes the fun of CoH and the love players have for it should be embraced because this is why we are here and why we keep coming back. It is a show that through player participation and hard work that the game changes and thrives to reflect that.

    There have been other changes because of the community. A small plaque in a spot that is out of the way is so minor a change that it should be at least considerable.
