Background/structure: The Paragon Overwatch is a Supergroup controlled by the local goverment which is tasked with dealing with the effects of supercrime that are rarely deemed "worthy" of the masses of media attention usually given to things like giant robots and epic battles between super villains and heroes. These effects are things like: drugs trafficking, illegal sale of supertech, theft by super powered beings, etc. While it is not the most glorious job in the world it does have the advantage of being paid work. But the Overwatch is always having problems with funding and as such their base (a second hand one that used to belong to a 70's supergroup called "The Front") is still mostly sealed off as it needs to be cleaned of hazardous materials (the accomodation block is still buried under 6.4 tons of raw sewage). But we do have a dental plan.

Admission/Requirements: We welcome most people. The only real requirement is that your character has to have a valid heroes license and a mostly clean criminal record.

Well I like to do mission based roleplay. So if you do it in a mission then be free to brag a bit. But like you said don't overdo it.

True. I read the backstory and such years before I actually bought the game but I re-read it all before I started. It is very different even from as early as world war two.

Wish I coulda got the Overwatch involved. Oh well. Sounds like it went well Doc so congratz.

Heres a hint I have found to be good.

Don't try too much to make the game shape itself to you as a roleplayer. But allow your roleplay to the shape of the world. In other words don't get missions just for the sake of roleplaying you doing something entirely different from the mission objectives, but rather roleplay yourself doing the mission objectives.
