The costumes would have to be of the classic 60's 4 colour style. So nothing too detailed. Simple, clean lines.
I'd be up for this, give me a bit to think of a concept and stuff though.

Aren't the Ultimates kind of the exact opposite of a Golden Age team? They're about as 'edgy' and modern as you can get.

I did think of doing a toon like this a while back, just so I could actually have a toon designed to wear a cape if anything. I think at this point I'd fail to put the time in, so I'll pass, but nice idea.

I am very close to being out of character slots 
but I think that either Lady Europe or The Blue Avenger might fit the profile if the team has room for any of them.
As of this moment 6TH MARCH, we're facing a few problems with recruitment due to Ironclad moving house, and a mix up of ranks emans people currently do not have invitation-powers.
As soon as this is rectified, I'll let you know.

I'm just saying, imagine you've set up a Supergroup which loads of people have interest in, then come back after an unavoidable absence to find, with no notification, that the entire SG list is now empty. How would you feel?
All it takes is one PM to explain "Listen, sorry we had to re-make the SG, but none of the Ranks can recruit members"

I've been toying with the idea of a Golden Age style SG, with classic heroes fighting for Truth, Justice and.....
Obviously being a classic hero team certain names would be frowned upon eg Cheese-Boy, The Freaky Funster. But names like the HUman Bullet, the Red Crow, Captain Power would be accepted.
May or may not be a Government funded team.
Not sure about a name though, anyone interested in the idea?
