"Oh I say a jolly good show eh what?!"

He nudges one of the Longbow Eagles propped up next to him sending the corpse tumbling to the pavement below.

"Oh bally hell...Oh well can't be helped I guess!"

He resumes the popcorn munching.

Need this for my uni network so they can unlock the right ports for me.

When you don't have to fit a full digestive tract, a respiratory system or a blood circulation system into a body it is amazing what you find room for. Terror had somehow found room for a small device that normally has no use whatsoever, a scanner for matter not of this dimension.

When it started beeping in one of his bodies while he was enjoying himself in Paragon you can imagine the scene as he stood there with a Longbow in his grip wondering aloud what that infernal beeping was. But after ten minutes he remembered what it was and decided to investigate.

And that is what results in a 7ft tall cyborg with a modified crab spider backpack mounted on him sitting on a roof with some popcorn watching these flying outsiders.

Well theres a number of things to consider:

For starters in terms of mineral wealth its safe to say that the isles may be self sufficient, I also highly doubt that their weapons are made in another country, like Syra said they can rely on the rogues excuse and yes resources can prove problematic.

Also lets not forget that Longbow have frequently invaded the isles and many independant heroes have crossed the border to commit criminal acts ("heroic" deeds) including such names as the illustrious Statesman.

but what I was pointing out with the mineral wealth and manufacturing thing is that I imagine the isles are self-sufficient in that regard and can trade with non-UN States with ease (weapons for resources). An economic sanction in other words would not be very effective.

Also one extra point that needs to be raised. Assuming Arachnos is not a UN member state (they may have been able to slide in during the Rikti war? But its not likely), there is a good chance they are on the list of UN enemy states.

To be fair you should probly focus more on less characters then bringing up new ones every two minutes :P

*A muted video of the Philanthropist talking appears in the background while the newsreader continues*

"This one and a half hour long video features the man calling himself the Philanthropist declaring that he will not rest until the corrupt dictator General Buku is ousted and the Liberty Islands brought under the care of G.E.I.S.T who claim they will modernise the islands infrastructure and eradicate poverty by bringing the entire islands populace meaningful employment while at the same time extending a hand of co-operation towards the local Vanguard base."

*The muted video is un-muted and fills the entire screen*

"A leader must always remember that he must care for his people for they are his most precious resource and it is their unity under him that brings the power to improve themselves and their society. As a military man I would have hoped that General Buku understood this. However the General has not shown even the slightest inclination towards benign leadership and therefore it is my duty as the benefactor of G.E.I.S.T to remove him and bring the Liberty Islands under my control so that the damage he caused can finally be repaired."

*The video is again replaced by the newscaster and muted*

"In response to this a Longbow official said that G.E.I.S.T are still an evil terrorist group and that they will not allow them to invade and conquer another island nation."

*the newscaster moves onto a different story*
