Nah, the name is completely different and the backstory is a work in progress, but it'll be as different as I can manage. The style of the costume won't even be exact (as far as you could get here, anyway) either, really.
Also about the costumes, While Aett's right that color alone is fine you want to be careful not to make a costume that looks too much like a signature character.
I'll give a simple example. If you make a costume for a Brute that has a monstrous body, green skin, purple pants, and black hair you're gonna have a hard time claiming it's not a Hulk rip-off. However if you were to add any of the Lizard costume pieces you'd be fine.

Agree with the greeting.
Disagree about the need for the jetpack. New players can't wait to get their travel powers. In fact one of the first questions I keep getting asked is about when they can get travel powers and why do some players have them at level 6.
If they ever do move the Jetpack Vendor it should be to Atlas Park or put it on sale at the Market under fixed prices. -

Well for next time they do it, they put a counter on the bottom of the screen where you choose the destination server which tells you how many free transfers you have left. If you don't see the counter the feature isn't on and you can back out without getting charged anything.

Didn't we just get a couple of freespecs just last week? Also unless the OP's account has been inactive for quite some time his characters should have several vetspecs as well on each character. Then theres also the respecs we can get from the respec trials if the character is over level 24.

Part of the problem is Cole is immortal.. sometimes bad governments can become much better simply through the fact that leaders can change naturally (Look at how much Britain has changed from 1000 years ago, and it never had an actual regime change or revolution). Mother Mayhem is effectively immortal, as well (body-hopping).

I think the striking thing is not that the Founders and the subsequent Nation never did anything wrong, it is that they did so much RIGHT. Especially so by comparison.
