They have yet to add a platinum challenge for 1 hour or less.I've done posis between 1:10 and 1:20 with 2, 3, 4 and 5 man teams, and I'm not the fastest around, people with purpled out 50s can solo it set for 2 in under an hour.
1:45 is not fast.
I like tripp's suggestion too.
The other one is to allow change of leader during a TF for the situation where the leader goes AFK without logging. (There was an old thread about this a while back)
What I would like to know is what purple out 50 can solo this in under an hour? -
You should consider a primary like DM if you want to make an SR for PvP. The negative toHit makes it additionally harder for someone to hit you and Siphon Life is both an attack and a heal. Despite what has been said so far about SR this combination makes for a great PvP toon in the new i13 rules.

Yeah, that's why these combinations are likely never going to be available. They would be very overpowered, especially a Scrapper with the Rad secondary. Jeez! It would be awesome but we have to keep the game balanced.

If I don't need them, no, they wouldn't "make my powers better." They'd be wasted on those characters. Just like the current ones are. Therefore, they would be of no benefit to me. They won't benefit me financially in game, since I can't sell them to someone who could. They won't benefit me enhancement wise, because I don't need them. They would be a detriment during respeccing, because I now have *more* slots to shuffle away somewhere when everything's filled up that I need filled up.
Those would benefit me roughly as much as someone suffering from sunstroke would benefit from more sun. So, no, I would not benefit, and no, they would not make the powers on that character "better."

That's the beauty of making it an accolade so that if you don't want them because you don't need them then you don't have to get them. -

There's no need for rebalancing. Rebalancing is a just your way of saying I don't like this idea. This post is not about lets do it at the cost of our sets, enhancements, ect. It's simply about gaining a few more slots that we can all earn through an accolade(s). This topic is not a debate about rebalancing.

I was talking about Power Slots. There is a need for more slot and this is one way to do it that could be fun and rewarding for players.

Everyone wants more power slot but there's always a big debate on how we should get them. I propose that they be given to us in the form of an accolade(s). That's fair! Players who want additional slots will have to earn them like anything else. I can see this working because the Devs like us to earn our keep rather then just expecting it to be handed to us. Feel free to sign this post if you agree (Devs included).

Group Fly is pretty terrible as is. The few times I recall teammates using the power were promptly followed by requests from teammates to turn it off.

This is the best idea I've heard so far. Drop the -toHit and make this power a 4 min click. While it might not be taken because it may not grant the user fly anymore, it would certainly get more use in the team. -
-acc does suck which for a toggle that cost 2 end per second is also not a positive. Perhaps that should be changed to something beneficial as well. Any suggestions?

This one is so good it should be a no brainer. Prompt for group fly. There's nothing wrong with a power that can give a whole team a vertical travel but just like teleport it deserves it's own prompt.

That's right actually it's the defense bonus that I'm after that and another log+recharge wouldn't hurt. I found a few binds that do mostly what i want but the problem when I move forward and in any other direction the hover and fly get swapped and that really sucks. -
Hey guy I need a macro or a bind that will automatically switch me from hover to fly when I hit any movement key and back to hover again when I stop. Thanks a bunch in advance!
