It's so your buffers can get ganked DUH! I love playing support toons both in pve and pvp, but have rebuilt all my pvp toons into pve ones since the changes made to pvp. For some reason I don't see the fun in casting Adrenaline Boost and Fortitude and then get ambushed by 3-5 villains....

I fail to see the point of a group of people who have no actual power in helping people. I think the only thing that would be created out of something like this is... a hot mess!

I started/ran two top 100 SGs on Freedom... and grew tired of it after a few years. Now... I run my own SG that only I am in; I like that much better. there is no drama... no recruiting... etc

My only advice to running a sg is:
1. Don't let it become a job. This is a frickin GAME!
2. Make sure you know/trust/like the people you promote up the ranks.
3. Try and play together as much as possible; if that means missions, tfs, contests, farming... you name it.
4. Look for people who play at allll times not just when you are normally on.
5. Don't be a spammer... Nothing worse than seeing desperate SGs spamming spamming spamming atlas broadcast. I HAVE NEVER joined a SG that has spammed Atlas that was actually trying to be good to their members and didn't focus on prestige.
6. Do not randomly invite people in atlas. Do not randomly send pretyped advertisements to people... it's generic.. it's rude.. and it's a sign of how you don't care about the players.

DO: Play in PUGs... Socialize with new people.. Try and help people.
Example: I help people to the tailor in Steels... help people with their cape mission, etc etc... Take time to be courteous; people remember that
Hold a costume contest... It's a great way to meet creative people
Assist low level sewer teams with buffs, heals, etc.... another great way to meet new players

In other words.. BE A NICE PERSON! Show GENUINE interest in people and don't just try to get people to make your SG bigger and earn lots of prestige.

I think my favorite is Chrissy Snowblower (Ice/Rad)... She seems to be able to do everything I need/want I haven't really ever gotten into Earth, BUT it will be my next troller.... still stuck between secondaries to pair Earth with though

hahaha you said healer.. TWICE! I have no problems getting teams on my Emp/ and /Emp 50's then again... I'm not a healer... I bring SIGNIFICANTLY more to a team than any frickin healor!!!!!

My empaths feel the pain of their allies; and do whatever it takes to stop that pain! They buff, debuff, heal, and most definitely attack those who are hurting their friends

When an ally is afraid - she takes that fear away!
When an ally is disoriented - she clears their minds!
When an ally feels weak - she gives them a lil adrenaline boost!
And when an ally is getting their butt whipped she does whatever she has to in order to save them!

Uhmmm.... Maybe you should ask this in the defender forums; we always appreciate a good healer thread (hehehe) .... This is not Wow... We do not have HEALERS; we have defenders

I'm not sure but you used to be able to buy time cards at Best Buy and at Game Stop. If getting a credit card is a problem due to bad credit - you can get a prepaid Visa card at WalMart (I'm pretty sure it costs like $3 a month).

I don't know what server you are on, but I have done tfs, pvp, regular mishes, and a mother ship raid in the past 4 days. I have found teams in atlas, talos, steels, rwz, bricks, founders, and IP.

I will tell you what I AM tired of since Issue 14... People complaining they can't find teams! MAKE ONE! Nothing more irritating then to be in Talos at WW and see "lvl xx LFT" 10 times a minute.. so I just yell out in broadcast "Would all you people LFT frickin MAKE one..." UUGH! LAZY!

Hopefully with CoR this issue will be revisited; I primarily play defenders and loathe our inherent.

No Thanks. Vet Rewards are not meant to be game breaking... and to me ANY level bump for vets is game breaking.

OK.. I have tried and tried but cannot figure this out... Is there a way to activate SHORT CIRCUIT and then do the lightning costume change? Three people have tried helping me, but none of the macros work Any help would be greatly appreciated
