question, one of my alts tried to solo his first mayhem mish (the one where you get the flight pack). I failed, (hero killed me repeatedly and took too long to get out of jail.
Is there a way I can still get the flight pack?

do Paper missions until you get another mayhem mission, if you outleveled that particular mission, find a lower level player that does have it. They may want you to malfactor though so you don't kill the XP. -

I can't think of a single good reason for denying them (not even fluff, since hero groups and villain groups rountinely join together to battle this and that).

an excellent example is of course X-men 2. -
If they're hitting a crit (and its not showing it in the combat window), is it also possible that their crit damage isn't resistable (like scraps in pvp)?
I say this using the example of Ballista, (before they nerfed him due to massive Toggle drop whiners (I thought it made him more fun and challenging)) who dropped toggles with his attacks, like pvp. -

WOW! Thanks, Positron. That covers a lot.

The real problem with Dimensional Warder is when you think you've killed all the Preatorians but can't tell which one is missing. I don't see how a sliding meter would help figure that out. Maybe we need a Personal Info tab with a listing of all AVs/Elites that we kill?
[/ QUOTE ]
Killing AVs/elites could be like a whole new 'badge' catagory, with a little info card to collect for the player and a list that shows other players who you've shown up
I'd definatly be more inclined to look for AV teams if that were in place now. -

Send mistells to the person that you were complaining about with a friend.

A friend of mine did that once. There was someone who I had on my friend list and teamed with occasionally and all three of us were on a mish. At some point my RL friend was trying to say something scathing to me about the other person, who they had learned to hate through teaming on a different occasion, but MTed it at them.
It was hilarious. I find human suffering to be amusing though. -

even more clarity make it a numbers display and a bar... like a speedometer?
0-100 or 0-100%
you can even toss in decimals.

kind of off topic, but would make understanding fury growth easier to understand...
I've always wanted an option to click on/off a numerical display for all the numbers...health, end, fury domination, definace and anything else they ever come up with.
Sometimes, I just want to see the numbers and not have to try and float my mouse over the bar. I know from experience that some players prefer a numerical display of HP than a % bar display. I like the bar display, but it would be handy to have all numbers on demand. -
I was able to mostly solo my enegy melee/stone armor brute from lvl 1-20 in 23 hours of hardcore-non-stop-2-days-off-in-a-row play. I did team a little, but then it was just as a duo and once I was around lvl 16 (when i got rooted and its -spd) I lackied to a higher lvl kin corruptor in my SG (fo speed boost foo!
)
[It was SMASHGASTIC! ]
But this was the only brute type I had no problems soloing. I've also played nrg/nrg in beta and got pwned alot (to lvl 15ish) and have played a fire/fire to lvl 13ish. it think its just because a well slotted stone armor pool is veryt uber.
My secret? three slotted Stone Skin (FTW!) -

Sadly, I have never gotten to the fury cap...and I'm level 27 :<
[/ QUOTE ]
How is that even possible? do you stop between fights? I have a lvl 9 fire/fire brute (that i haven't been playing much due to having an awesome SG to back up my rad/thermal corruptor) and my fury bar tops out sooo fast.
Are you not attacking enough? attacking seems to build it faster than getting attacked. -

Are there any "defeat X many in Breakout" badges for CoV?
[/ QUOTE ]
there is only the jailbird badge. -
hell yeah, you rule!
I am a total badge-[censored]! -
there has been alot of talk of spawn or load killing in this thread, but here's what i know:
When you zone into a PVP zone, you have a count of 10 where you can't be hurt. That counter has never started until I was fully zoned and could move around.
Everyone in a PVP zone is artificially moved to the same lvl. Example: Bloody Bay, upon entering you become level 25. You have to be atleast level 15 to get in.
There are Arbitor Drones all over the Arachnos Base and Police Drones all around the Hero Base in Bloody Bay. Going AFK in this or any other PVP zone would eb a bad idea, but if you must, standing near one of these drones wouldn't be a bad idea. -
I did enjoy spitting acid all over Posi and Ravenstorm with my Ninja/Poison MM. It makes me feel good that I got to debuff 'em both a little before I lagged out and gave up all hope for the night.
