This is my SS/SD build. I think it will give you some really good ways to slot your /SD powers. I worked on it for a long time and its very strong. The purples in it are really easy to replace with other IO's that give just a little less recharge. But, I think it will best help you in the way of rec. and regen. Even though I'm SS/ I rarely have endo. problems so with fire it should be even better for you. Hope this helps.

Edit:Thinking about it more. I might catch some flack for this but, yo might wanna consider Aid Self instead of CJ. Fire has no real mitigation. When you get to the higher lvl's that will become more of an issue. I have it on my SM/SD and have no problems getting it to go off mid spawn. Also, to make up in def from not having CJ just use any sized purple insp. and that will be more then enough to softcap you....Hope it helps! -
The slowed DPS isn't that bad. I had aid self on my SM/SD and I loved it. It saved me sooo many times! I now have a IO'd SS/SD and I'm still thinking of putting it in there some how. I slotted it with 2 heal IO's and 2 int. IO's and it vary rarely was interrupted.

Is your chance for recharge proc in FS on. I have a SS/SD, and I tool around all the the time in mid's and I don't think i have this problem.

So I have done some looking, and I can't seem to find much on the topic. I have a few questions about Mid's.
Was the last update really in 08? I read somewhere about a update for i15 but the link that was given just gave me the same version I have. If there hasn't been an upgrade. Are they really not working on it anymore? Is anyone else working on a new hero designer? Do you think the Devs should make one(that would be nice)
Any thought or ideas you have on this would be great.

I tried for a good while last night. I don't think its in the cards for ya. I did how ever get it to around 41% S/L with out the PvP IO and had 60% base recharge. If you are still working on this I could post the build.

On all 3 of my DM/ builds I skipped Shadow Maul. Trust me, when you in a spawn and hit SM only to watch you life slip away you'll wish you hit Siphon Life instead. Damage is good but IMO if you have the Sands of the Mu from the vet rewards this power is skippable.
Darkest Night would be a very good power in its place. If you looking to not spend the money to soft cap it(and its very expensive) DN will help with added mitigation. Kinda end heavy though. -

OwtS is just kinda a toss in power. I didn't need grant cover for the LotG +rech, so I wasn't sure what else to put in its place. I think for the final build I will most likely put SJ in for vert travel. Unless, anyone else has a better idea for the power slot.
As far as mid's goes I'm running 3.3 end/s for recovery and usage is at 0.83 end/s. I was mainly wondering if I will be able to substain a constant attack chain of punch-haymaker-KoB for a decent amount of time. -

I guess I do have 1 more question. Is that -Def. in rage crash going to really mess up my soft cappienes? Does any one have one that can comment? -
Yeah my SM/SD is build without CJ and cost me a toon of loot and still soft caps all positions. But I don't think you could do it without weave. At least not without totally nerfing the rest of the build. Also, Med pool is my life saver TAKE IT!!!!

I was thinking of posting my SM/SD build on here anyway to see what people thought. I can tell you I have very little end issues. I slotted him so I didn't need CJ or any thing like that to soft cap, and put a lot of slots in to the toggles so it would be better on the end bar. I use tremor a lot, with the chance for +rech proc. and the little bit of +recharge I have its more then enough to recharge SC 2 times a mob or more. Tell me what you guys think........

After a long night of messing around in mids I came to relize there are just somethings you can't do in a forum.
I have decided to learn by trial and error. I'm a 36 month vet so I get plenty of respecs. With so many power choices its hard to have people suggest builds because in the end. It seems to me that khelds were built to serve the needs of what ever play style you have.

I did read that some click powers carry over into kheld forms, and I assume that I will be slotting some of those. Maybe it would more effective if I posted a proposed build and had you guys pick at it.
I will say that all those power options make it a bit overwhelming....

I'm sure it's been talked about before, but I can't seem to find a for sure answer. I was wondering if it viable to ignore you human form(WS or PB) and only use your nova and dwarf form. I mostly play red side and I'm thinking able leveling controller to 50 only to get the Kheldian. Also, my intentions are to slot the 2 forms heavy. Is it worth it? Is there any reason why I shouldn't do this. If anyone has a build example they wouldn't mind posting that would be nice too.
