SS/ELA - soft-cap S/L/other and +recharge build
This is the build I'm using at the moment for my ss/ela brute and I'm quite pleased with it for an elec. Ranged defence is low so try to minimize the distance fast. Darkest Night helps for those tough mobs when you need it to keep yourself alive. Hope you like it.

It looks like a good build. Not quite 45+ to S/L or melee from a quick glance. I wonder if it's possible to get an SS/Elec to be soft-capped to anything without radically sacrificing the build.

I tried for a good while last night. I don't think its in the cards for ya. I did how ever get it to around 41% S/L with out the PvP IO and had 60% base recharge. If you are still working on this I could post the build.

Anyone got an SS/Elec build they can share that soft-caps to at least S/L (maybe melee) and maybe other damage types, while also maxing recharge to get the most AOE-y goodness out of Footstomp?
Thinking of dusting off my SS/ELA now that they may get rid of CP for a decent self-heal.
