Just FYI I PvP on a Stalker.
I do also PvP on a Brute, Defender, Controller, Blaster, Tank, Mastermind and Scrapper.
I have never found a Stalker to be "the be all and end all" AT when it comes to fighting with, or against anyone or anything in any PvP Zone or Arena.
From experience I can happily say that Stalkers are fine in the long run - if you're having problem being beaten to a pulp in Sirens, simply tweak your build, keep moving, move to Warburg or RV (where Stalkers are arguably weakest imo) or, hey, get a bit more to grips with your build and how powers work.
That's not a l2p argument, that's in responce to you trying to use Freeze Ray after being AS'd. You will not hold anything with Acro or better with a Blaster in one shot. A Break Free will also break Placate, so use those. Also - run lots. -
Stalkers are fine, above Sirens Call they nowhere near as efficient accross so many Primaries. Also, in Team PvP, they're probably the last class I'd take from Villains.
The problem with Stalkers is that they're very friendly to new players - when at the stealth cap you can pick and chose your targets easier than with other AT's. Not because they're "overpowered".
If you're having trouble vs Stalkers look at your build. Can you get Tactics? Or think about getting a +Perc IO when Issue 11 goes Live. This won't help against Stalkers at the Stealth cap, but it'll help against those that aren't. Also, keep moving - it's harder to two shot someone that is running around. -

*In large teams.
In smaller fights (2v2, 3v3) Kin can be played very aggresively at times and a secondary like Psi (or Sonic maybe) would probably give a better edge than Rad Blast.
However as the blast side of the toon isn't as usefull for team fights support wise as the Kin side it's more down to what you'd enjoy playing/levelling. -

Won't ping anyone with KB Resistance.
Repel the power does KB, KB is not that good.
Repel as a game effect is better (Force Bubble) but is a bit broken right now. -

I wouldn't say easier, just different if anything - infact I'd say Fire was easier in the later levels than ice simply due to Fire Ball and Inferno.

I dunno - you've already got holes in terms of Defense or Resistance gaps to certain damage types.
Thinks like Immob or KB prot are just annoying - and while you can get a KB Resist IO now, they don't work too good in PvP. -

A good Blaster should beat a WP tank.
A good MM should beat a WP tank.
A good Dominator should beat a WP tank.
a good Brute should (theoretically - Fury bug etc...) beat a WP tank.
My opinion of WP in PvP hasn't changed.

I keep thinking they'll fix it, like with Inventions and the new Debuff sets... but then, they don't.
They'll probably just lower the values so they give the same +Def. =\ -

Keeping an 8 man team up, solo, while keeping buffs fresh on an Empath is [censored] annoying. This is one of the reasons most teams will go with Two Emp's, or an emp and a sonic, or throw in some thermals too.
It's because of the extra buff power, not just the heals. Two emps mean each Empath looks after 4 people instead of 7 in the fight etc... This is how it should be.
I'm not in favour of nerfing CM - especially not it's duration, definitely not with the cast/rooting on it. Clarity is much faster than CM.. Yes, it can be a bit unbalanced in small team fights - but that goes for all +Mez Prot powers on both sides of the Hero/Villain divide.
Swap some powers around on a Sonic Corrupter so they get Clarity at 26 instead of 35 and you're good to go I think.
TK though, should be nuked with two BF's I think. This'd bring it in line with other +Repel and ease to negate, seeing as things like Force Bubble and Hurricane's +Repel is broken to hell. -

Upon further testing, I agree. My build on Test is older and has less +Recharge and +Movement so my results were skewed. =\ -
Don't like the change on my Ice blaster.
I do like the new Flares, but it's still [censored] poor damage.
Hurry up and let us test the new Defiance. -
Because killing farmers and then telling them it's a PvP zone results in more stupid drama than any actual fun PvP.
Having most of the people hiding in a base moaning at you on broadcast because you killed someone while they were trying to attain a precious badge or something gets annoying. -
Phase Five: All mitos are cleared the people in your team with recall friend and resurrect will stay far away, so they can teleport people out later. Then we attack the Hamidon itself. When it reaches 75% , 50% and 25% health, it will respawn all the mitos. This will probably result in mass deaths. The teleporters will teleport everyone to a safe spot and resurrect will follow. After a few tanks are resurrected we could lure a GM and use a Dark Miasma resurrect.
^Can't do this. GM's clear the zone at Hami spawn, get a TA Defender or Controller and Oil Slick to mass rez people.
