/Energy or /Elec are good for PvP.
/Fire is good for PvE, it can hit hard in PvP but a lot of it's PBAoE and no Self Buffs.
Personally, I'd skip /Dev or /Ice if you want to PvP.
Builds posted soon if wanted.
Dev is a nice set usable for PvP (+perc, great stealth, telemining, calltrops, webnade, nice stuff), note the 'usable'. Fire has little to nothing to help around in PvP except buildup.
Although any set can perform 'ok' in PvP, where elec and nrg are foty stuff.

yep device is nice for arena not so mutch for pvp area whiles fire does have build up and burn could be nice(never had fire sec so woint know)but i want a well belanced secondery so ice i woint take couse i think it would be useles in pvp device is more of a pve and arena char so its between fire elec and energy could someone maby make a list of thoses 3s adv and ddv's so i can choose from them thx guys (rember want a well belanced build with that i mean is that my primary is fire that is more concentrated for pve so my secondery should be more concentrated for pvp TY GUYS! )
elec has end drain and 1 hold, nrg has powerboost/boostrange and 1 extra stun. Thats about the big difference between those 2.
And imho pvp wise, ice would be better then fire. (ice has slow, alot)

Devices is useful in pvp. out of those two devices.
The lack of Build-up in Devices makes it alot less useful in PvP than most theorycrafters might tell you (I speak from experience here).
Webnade's good on Tankers and Scrappers, not that special on a blaster. It's only mag3, the -rech is kinda lost given that you WILL go down if hit anyway, and the -fly component can be found on the other secondary 1st tiers (except energy). And who flies in zone PvP anyway
Targetting Drone doesn't let you see stalkers beyond 10 feet. With even a tiny amount of lag, that's all it takes for them to set up an AS.
Caltrops, on the other hand, is useful. But other than it and telemining, Devices really lack punch in PvP.
You're forgetting, webname has -5000% jump. No other Tier1 of secondairy can do this, combined with calltrops and all Sumperjumping PvP'ers gonna have a hard time.
BU is funny, but comparing Dev vs Fire i rather take 2 big reds (farm halloween anyone?). Dev has drone, conbined with tacics you dont need the acc from BU, it has a superior stealth and drone/dactics give quite alot more +perc, grab the new IO with +20% perc and you're better off then a /fire.
/dev is less then /elec or /nrg, but it can beat /fire.

guys i was wondering whats the best for pvp in nrg vs elec ((secondery)) and what primary would soot it best?
ice/nrg, and dont look bk
Ice/Nrg is easier to play, but I personally think Fire/Nrg is better. Fire/Nrg is more fun in PVE as well IMO.

I wouldn't say easier, just different if anything - infact I'd say Fire was easier in the later levels than ice simply due to Fire Ball and Inferno.
Fire and ice are the best primaries for pvp. About secondaries, /nrg is the best by a huge amount.. elec comes next, and far, far away devices comes third, imo
