So, this means... no player heroes can be sure if they're infected, no player villains escaped from the Zig, and a mysterious plague is killing off everyone else?

Agents from Crey Industries broke into the Umbrella Corporation's labs and stole the T-Virus. One of their trucks got robbed that had a shipment of the Crey altered Umbrella T-Virus. Now all the contacts are dying from this. Katie Hannon was strong enough to resist the virus but the strain of being quickied so much actually made the virus effects strong enough to kill her. The reason no one escapes from the zig is because the escapees get eaten alive in the sewers by the infected. So they just end up dead too. -

That is alot of names on the fallen list. Does this mean in issue 11 alot of contacts and heroes are going to die? Outbreak has mutated into some super powered version of vahz cooties?

I was also thinking that next issue could be related to time travel. We may end up with a whole new set of missions to go back in time, which could allow us to flashback.

New faction will be alchemist based and drop arcane salvage, or this could be the symbol for flashback? Who knows?

I started one of these just recently after issue 10. I have tried before in the past but would always give up because of the anemic damage at the early levels. I have just come to the realization that I will just have to team to get anywhere with this defender TA/Arch. Now my other issue with this is the lack of damage mitigation I bring to the team. I just dont know what I will be doing to keep a team alive if Oil slick or EMP arrow are down. Every other defender set has something they can use 24/7 but in this set your best powers have hellish recharge times. I just dont see why it has to be so much harder. That poison gas arrow is teh suck because sleeps are worthless on teams and it only works on minions. I hear it has a -30% on damage but after level scaling it is more like -20%. And lastly why does acid arrow even have to have an accuracy check in pve. I think that is just flat out wrong considering all other defender resistance debuffs are either already auto hit or they hit multiple times when the power is cast in the case of storm summoning. Overall I just think this set should have went to blasters because I feel like I cant defend a team with this.

I know this suggestion might not be as important but what i wanted to see for tf/sf is that they remove the option to pick range as an SO enhancement but add others such as heals or holds. I dont know how many times I have ever done a tf/sf as a support toon and gotten a damage enhancement. To me this is a slap in the face because I will never use it period especially if the toon is a pure healer build.
Allow for rare recipe to actually randomly select 3 possible recipes and let you see what they are before you pick one, this way we dont always get garbage at the end of the TF. Allow us to actually select the level of the recipe we get that way we dont have to fight with the leader about them changing their rep lower or higher. Make it so you can have the recipe as high as +3 to you up to lvl 50 and as low as the minimum level of the recipe will drop if you wanted. If we had this option I would do way more TFs/SFs with higher level toons. -

When doing something like this, how about fixing the problems with the Eden TRIAL first.
1) The Eden TRIAL does not give a Pool D TRIAL recipe. It gives a standard Pool C. Right now the only way to get a Pool D TRIAL recipe is the Respec Trial on the hero side.
2) The Eden trial can not be started by someone beyond the level range.

I think the reason those trials give pool c instead of pool d is because it would not be fair to villains. Heroes would have at least 5 ways to get their pool D drops, while villains would only have 3. Until the lack of content redside is fixed this will probably stay that way. -
Allow flashback (whenever we get it) to be used while on a TF/SF. Make all pool c drops that fall during a flashback go off of your flashback level instead of your real level. It makes getting those hard to get recipes in certain level ranges easier. Allow being flashback while on a tf/sf to cut down on the possible choices of the TF/SF drops. Like for instance you would not get recipes that start at +25 if you flashback to a lvl 20 tf/sf.

All I can say is that video is a fake or they did something to it because no one is really getting FPS like that during the zone invasions. It was funny how that dumb reporter and camera man gets blown to bits though. -

I for one am against them doing this again. The lag in the zones is bad enough. If they could at least fix the performance issues on this I could see an encore happening. But as it is now, there is no way we are ready for this. All this does for me is one thing, once I see the red words for a zone I am in it means leave within 30s or be prepared to dc. -

The spam from this thing is so bad you easily miss out on what is said during teams and you are at a point were you want to just disable the freaking chat thing altogether. I have missed a ton of tells due to this spam. -
For me whole highlight of the issue was the fixing Jack Frost. Everything else I could care less about. This is a huge leap in finally perfecting the pet classes in this game. If what was learned in fixing him can be applied to the other pets we could have something. IMO this is what needs to be done.
Trollers and Doms should get pets at level 12 or level 18 that way you dont struggle to level 32. Animate Stone needs to be redone his AI should be just a copy paste of Jack Frost with the names of the powers changed so that he cycles his attacks better. He should also get a third melee attack so he can not just be waiting on an attack to recharge. For mind controllers the AI of confuse entities needs a slight tweak. Since most of the people here would scream and threaten to quit if mind control ever got a pet then the next alternative is change confuse AI. Make it so the mob once confused if there are no other mobs around it will follow the caster of the confuse as if he were a pet but not one. This would make it easier to clear spawns without actually giving mind control a pet and once you get to the end of the mission you just kill that one guy and that is it. Singularity should be give propel to make up for all the low damage it does that is all smashing. Fly trap should be made totally range and given impale instead of its melee chomp.
For masterminds it is a sensitive issue because making the AI more aggressive like Jack Frost 2.0 would mean they would die more from AoEs. Well I think that is a choice that should be made by the mastermind. Giving 3 options, range, melee, and mixed mode(default). If this is just too much to do then just change the most damaging tier of the melee pets AI to be similar to jack frost 2.0(Jounin, Bruiser, Grave Knights). With these changes pet would be almost perfect.
The only negatives so far with issue 10 has just been the unbearable lag. It just does not make sense because the RWZ is not at all graphically intensive as grandville but it plays alot worse especially the Vanguard base. -

Finally something good to have but the $9.99 fee is a bit much dont you think? How will I explain to the wife how $200 just disappeared? I was thinking this was going to be something more reasonable like $1.00 per use. If anything hardly anyone is going to use it at that $9.99 price.
Edit: Just saw the part about the server-less option. How will they look at limits on character numbers, I remember it was like 12 per server so if there is only one server how many will we get? This would definately be awsome as it would lead to awsome possibilities for coalitions and super groups. Hopefully they get rid of the 75 member restriction and do it by accounts. -

From here on out devs you need to make at least 1 magic faction for every tech you add in a level range or it is going to be some severe imbalances on the market. -

This is not a whine, this is a legit complaint, for villains we will have gaps in alot of level ranges where IOs simply wont be available, how fair is that if they keep things as they are? -
Please tell me villains are going to get more Strike forces in the level ranges they are missing in issue 10? If not this is more towards giving heroes more content than filling in any gaps villains have. I just hope this is just the first part of the issue 10 goodies.

So let me get this straight? I can choose a lower screen resolution and not have everything blown up so big that even stevie wonder could see it? This is something I have been wanting to do for a while now but the UI being so big makes it hard to use lower resolutions.

I failed again last night, I think it is best they go back to being 53s. I know we had changes to lower there resistance to debuffs but against 54s that does nothing due to the purple patch. We could not pull the AVs seperate, usually 2 or all would come. I was able to tell one of the mind trollers to sleep the extra AVs, suprisingly it worked well but the freaking shivans would switch to aggro on the AV that was sleeping.
