  1. I just hope it works out as good as it sounds otherwise we will be back to square one again. Increasing crit chance is a good idea but I just need to see how it works in practice. If they start a beta for this soon I want to put together an all stalker tf/sf of some sort just to see the maximum effect on this. Like an all stalker ITF or LRSF. Not to sure if an all stalker Itrial will be possible since its hard enough as it is to get on regular teams I do not think many of the stalkers would have the incarnate powers unlocked or slotted.

    Good things come to those who wait is all I will say. I just hope in the future we do not have a repeat of issues like Titan Weapons, Willpower, and Dual Blades where Stalkers get royally screwed over on either powersets or key powers.

    Does not really work to well on what your saying. Consider how mobs are vaporized in less than a second on most end game teams you would barely have any time to contribute. Cant kill wounded mobs if they are insta-killed.

  6. Just wanted to ask what would be your fix for stalkers, excluding all standard code rants, sky is the limit on this one. I would give stalkers the real build up scrappers and blasters get. Move their damage mode to 1.30 for melee and have blasters to match it. I would return the aoes to all the sets that had them removed. Move AS and hide to be inherent. Fill in any secondary powers that went missing. Then revert out the hp buff we got since it does not really do much for us anyways. Make hide come back in 3 seconds, remove the interrupt from AS. Now stalkers are fixed.
  7. I still think its dumb that they force this on players. They should just give a minor warning that you are missing part of the story and just let you switch sides fully knowing well you can switch back if you want to experience the full story. I just hate it when the devs cave into role-players.

    So many things in this game got butchered and never fixed due to pvp. Its not ilke they could give a separate range just for pvp. I could see if pvp did well in this game. Part why people hate it so much was due to it not being divorced from pve from the start.

    Also psi as a whole needs reworking. why is it that all npcs do considerably more damage with the psi powers. Psi in comics has always been a huge damage dealer but in Coh it just sucks *** for players. Thats why I know psi melee would be nerfed to hell right out of the box. I am not saying its gotta be like fire blast but it should be a lot closer to it than it is now

    Anything with damage resistance of any kind will resist it. Back before they nerfed this into the ground it was an awsome incarnate ability. Now its kind of meh and is just really fluff at this point.
  10. Since they are mailable were they always like this since live? I remember trying it in beta and it not working. Might have been a bug which why I thought the sets weren't tradable ever. I am just trying to make sure it wasn't a change.

    Ok thanks or clearing this up. I still don't like it though we should get this for the boosters too.

    I am ok with them selling them since chances are that will be the only way I will ever see a full set of purples thats not a useless control set. Not saying I will buy them, unless I hit the lottery or something. I look at it like this, it might finally make the market on some stuff finally get down to reasonably sane levels. Ebil marketeers getting just what they deserve finally.
  12. Ok since when did they change this? on the trading. I tried with the boosted enhancements and could not do anything. Ok if they allow them now but not the boosters how is that fair?
  13. Calling Shenanigans on the Paragon Market. Why do you guys keep saying these are account bound enhancements when they are not. WE HAVE NO WAY OF TRANSFERRING THESE TO ALTS. So stop with the account bound wording when you know its not true. Many of us have been asking for account based storage since day 1, it would be nice to finally get this on characters so we would not be stuck having to slowly email non-bound stuff to alts.

    I totally agree here, and thats why we have so many folks who think this set is fine for brutes because they build it around IOs or primary sets with crutch powers like parry instead of just looking at it as regen by itself with SO's. Its kind of obvious at this point the devs are not balacing with just SO's now if you look at the retardedness of how some of the things happen on the incarnate trials.

  16. Aside for concept reason why get the epic attacks at all? The damage is horrible and the recharge too long on alot of them. Aside from them being a mule for IOs I never get epic attacks. But to answer your question there are tons of stuff still broken from issue 1 of this game that they have yet to address so they will get to it when they run out of stuff to fix I guess.

    No. To get the most out of dual blades you need to be hidden when you execute 1,000 cuts. 1,000 cuts from hide means almost all the minions are dead starting out. Thats really where the set shines. I would not do claws as it has no real aoe for stalkers. They took out spin and gutted excrivate so its single target unlike the scrapper brute version. Which leaves only shockwave and all that power does is scatter stuff every where. Not much for aoe. If you want aoe do electric melee, then dual blades or spines. To get the most amount out of being hidden you want ninjutsu or some other defense set that can soft cap defense with IOs.

  20. I dont know about the toggle to click change, that makes it too much like regen which I dislike compared to old school regen. Besides it would totally get in the way of attack chains. I find that when I need to use a click power to survive thats when mr. lag always decides to show up despite having super low ping times the rest of the time. Whethers its inspirations or click powers it always happens to me at the worst of times. So for this reason I am about as anti-click as you can get these days.
  21. The idea is good but it does not address the resistance vs defense issue we have. It still favors defense sets.

    I remember this change. I deleted a claws stalker because of it. Way too much qqing from players who don't know how to line up cones to hit more than one target. That cone is freaking huge. I never had problems hitting 3 or more with it. True enough claws might needed something for single target but those gripes for pvp related but who still pvps in this game realistically? also (lol pvp)
  23. Although the halloween map is just manticores mansion reskinned its the best looking map in terms of detail that I have ever seen in this game. This lets me know if you guys had all the time in the world you could really revamp a lot of stuff so its looks good by todays standards. You guys did a really good job with making the halloween haunted house experience feel real. I love the touch with certain zombies like mario and wario. The badges were all doable in a timely fashion for that trial too. That in itself is huge bonus points for me.

    For the players what did you like about the trial?

    For the devs if they respond what did you like the most about creating the trial?
  24. Arcanaville what is your opinion on CoF costing as much as it does vs the near non-existent benefit it gets when its supposed to be the signature power of the set.
