Turbo is correct..usually Ultimus threads are inane (no offense ultimus, but its kinda true) however this is one of the best Idea threads in recent memory to recieve a sticky, mild dev attention ( dont know if one qualifies but the sticky counts). In short way to go ultimus!

I just re-read it and realized that one of the missions has Bladewing in there....for non RP references he is a kat/sr scrapper...but when Roleplaying my concepts become a bit more fleshed out. And on another note I have come up with multiple ideas for a gravity melee and am working on a gravity armor *goes off to formulate more gravity powersets*

Bladewing scanned for chaos energy again, and quickly located Bang within the confines of The Fortress.

"Umm, Dax, Bang is sitting smack in the middle of Arachnos central....and no offense to him, but that place has arbiter drones and I'm not all that big on being disintegrated...so what say we go to my resort paradise and I yank him back?"

Not really waiting for a response, Bladewing turned once more towards Eden, engagin cloaking spells so that noone uninvited showed up at the paradise.

I will raid and I like the fusebox..though the priority thing might be tough for the devs to do.......but who am I to say.

heh, warface you do go overboard...and the above quote is a good one...I personally have a fusion gen because I made one, was gonna place it, and then the sg leader beat me to it.

if you lose salvage...elite guns can cause a huge dent in your finances and salvage stores...the special salvage requirements can be huge, and components can be expensive to buy, So i would agree with the suggestions of making the worktables and their attachments cost no power and no control.

Wait, Ive got one, for heroes since that is what almost everyone is, say that crey has developed a new device (no I have no idea what it does..i leave that to others), and you must recover/destroy it..but it is in their techno-dystopian fortress city area....HAVE AT THEE CREY DOGS!))

((Apologies dogma, Bladewing's powersets are over the top yes, and I will admit to a power trip, but I'm gonna have him go back into seclusion eventually, and Build just brought back Dax and Bang because I sorta provoked him into it. And on the other front, Bladewing can die, and the only reason I ever make his attacks DBZish is because so very many people will say "oh a sword, how quaint, it bounces off my armor, i kill you with a missile." Bladewing's powers are my RP way of getting around things like that...and he can be hurt. TeChameleon's powers are very well explained, and while they may be DBZish, he almost took his main character out of the RP during the fight with cry and I had to get inventive to "save" him...though I have no doubt he had some alternate method of salvation, I was merely convenient.

And on a last note, yes I find that Grey has a even-handed RP style, but we cannot be him, and I for one am not willing to be him, I like me, and no amount of brain mashing from the bwerp hammer will change my mind......okay maybe a copious amount of bwerp hammer smashing would, but that is a story for another day.

((M you do realize that while we are all pretty much throwing the "no overpowered characters" rule out the window at this point, GOD MODING IS STILL OUT......Bladewing can be killed, EnergonX, Bang, and Dax can be killed, and YOU CAN BE KILLED..noone is immune....if you have a PERSONAL BASE (like I do, which I got with the OPs permission), then the arbiter drones would simply send you there, but to my knowledge you dont, and making yourself "perma" invincible is right out.))

"Lanuru is still in the Storm Palace, and weve gotta find the keys to get to him, and they got moved since the last time heroes squashed him."

Turning to the others, Bladewing looked around for a moment, then popped the question.


"Okay, where the heck is EnergonX?"

Bladewing twitched with the power he now possesed, and let out a roar that shattered the stone before him.

Leaping on high, Bladewing spun twice in midair before bringing his sword and all the combined fury of his teammates down onto the head of Ruladak the Strong,


Ruladak looked up in true and abject terror as his shield wavered and then broke before the onslaught, making way for the sword slash to end all others.



There was a blinding flash of light and then the air went still....only to be shattered moments later by the full release of the swing and Ruladak's death cry, which split the very fabric of reality, hurling the heroes into the cliffs of Tyrant's rock, and causing energy spikes, mayhem, and planar distortions throughout the Shard and the real world.


All the portals which Ruladak had been creating imploded, taking large chunks of ground and sky with them. Those on the Paragon side who had been investigating the rifts were swallowed and sent to oblivion by the tremendous energy surge.



Laying in the crater where once a god had stood, was a gem, blood red in color and seething with both power and a will all it's own.






Bladewing again picked himself up out of a draconian shaped depression in the cliff face and did a quick mystic scan. Thankfully it turned up negative.


"Well guys, that's one demi-god down, many more to go."

Walking to the site, Bladewing reached for the red crystal, and faster than most eyes could see, flashed brilliantly red for a brief moment, if the falsh was noticed, Bladewing gave no sign.

Grinning at their triumph, Bladewing picked up the red crystal, scanning it and pondering it's implications, then he absorbed it into a holding scale, to keep it for later study.







((okay heres the basic premise, when we kill the aspects of Rularuu, we will get fragments of them (the gems) as trophies, these will contain fragment's of their power and mindset..so since Ruladak is obsessed with strength, combat and the like.....well I will let you pick it out for yourselves...I figure we can each snag around two shards of Rularuu a piece...also we will (as previously stated) get some added power from killing these guys.....(please note that the killer recieves the power...so we each get to kill a few)..enjoy))

Ruladak roared in agony as his stomach was torn from the inside and the out, spewing blood, acid, crystal shards, and a very thoroughly slime-covered Bang into the shivan.



Clutching his stomach, Ruladak formed a shell of red energy around himself and began to knit his flesh together. Screaming promises of eternal torment and suffering to the Heroes outside the field.

((think a really nasty version of PFF...if you touch it, will only last till his wounds are "closed" as in not spewing internal organs and blood anymore))



Bladewing stirred in the crater he had made, gripping his blade and using the remnants of the energy he ahd siphoned from Ruladak to heal some of the blemishes on his scales that the rough landing had caused.

"This one grows annoying guys, what do you say we end him?"

Not waiting for a real response, Bladewing began forcing his sword to absorb ambient energy, as well as the power being pumped into it. When Ruladak got hit the next time, Bladewing was going to make sure he never got up again.

((awww...wait dax and bang are gonna fight?.......well that wouldnt let Bladewing have much fun.....maybe he will have to go back into "exile" or something.))

((for the sake of argument say that Bang is visiting a local outpost and the "main base that isnt the Fortress"...that smooths things out.))
