Lol, So much fail in that idea.

If you want a 50 you gotta earn it. You can't stop gold sellers, you have to ignore them. No way would i spend real cash on inf and an auto 50.

It's all too easy as it is.

I've gone through a fair amount of different ways to build a FM/SD

Firstly, i'd never choose aidself, Things die far too fast, and personally if you want to try and take more damage then a well built /SD can take, build a tank.

I've always played defence sets other than a half slotted /WP i had, and so i don't even exspect a scrapper to be able to tank any decent AVs. Pylons are easy, the things dead usually before it hits me. But AV wise, i don't even both tanking them. Especially not solo, it just doesn't interest me.

But i'm not saying /SD can't take punishment, because softcapped and with 30hp regen, it sure can. I just don't think trying to build Aidself into it, and loosing vitals is worth it.

FM/SD gets in there kills everything and gets out before anything hit, and worse case scenario, Insps are there lol. I just can't see why Aidself is ever worth using.

DM/SD gets you that heal, and with cash is bloody tough. Funnily enough though, i beat a pvp spec dm/sd brute with my pve build, because even with it's heal and - to-hit, fm really is silly damage purely because of no mitigation though.

So yeah, for sure build a /SD just pick dm or fm accordingly.

In this day and age with such souces of inf, there's much more convinient ways to make inf.

So for DXP i can't even think what i made, i think i got a heca or something but i forgot. So yeah i decided to play the game as opposed to playing virtual ebay.

/SD with alotta cash and at 50 pwns, this is fact, but scrapper wise my /SD at anything below 45, sucks hard. Also /SD fails in pvp lol Nerfing /SD would make it even worse.

If you have a decent build and alotta cash, /SD pwns, but if your under any other condition, SD under performs everything.

You need to slot a stealth IO.

Thankfully my Blaster DP hit 50 a few days before DXP, so i dodged half the price increases.

I new i'd responded to an fm/sd build thread i'm just going to review it as i'd had a few last night an can't remember what i changed etc.

On another note, did i read right you might be taking over tanking Lord Recluse on Statemans Taskforce? If so i've tried it and basically get one shotted :P The guys tough as hell.

Regarding the healing uniques, i believe it was just the Numina that got fixed?

And yes the Devs still ain't found a way for the game to understand the difference between def de-buff and defence buff hamies So slotting them really is as good as it's looks

I'll look through my builds, are you after a purpled up build?

Don't want to come across harsh but there's plenty that could be improved.

I'll try to make changes without boosting the cost too much. Thing like having grant cover but AD 1 slotted etc. Having the miacle in health, when having it on PP wil boost it's recov %

You don't need aidself or OWS tbh mate.

I can take on most things in-game without the need for either. Things like pylon soloing etc and farming even 54 Warriors etc.

I play on Union..

The pre-order was released at 8pm my toon was 50 the following afternoon.

Not only do i know i was the first because there's like 5 active members on Union and i posted on Sals the most active channel, and i was indeed the first 50 or even the first person passed 40 up to that point.

Even now 2 days from release i've only heard of one other 50 on Union.

Makes sence, Demons is out at the start of April.

Demons/Dark MM tasty.

Personally have no interest in the swishing tails. I guess it's a step forward to moving hair etc :P

i17 Closed Beta is on test now afaik?

So open beta will be a week or so off yet no doubt.

I used to farm with a EM/SD tank. Surprising good actually, but it didn't have either of the top tier attacks.

Whirling hands is so nice with the disorient component.

The only /SD i'd build is FM/SD :P

But Fire/regen is nice, you'll need a hold to de-toggle others in pvp, char will do.

Slight mod of the above build to imo equal it out, there's 2 lotgs in there that ain't needed, but can be upgrades when you get the cash. an there's now a few places to put purple sets if you want in the future.
