Stealth Cap for NW, Fortunata and Bane

You need to slot a stealth IO.

Also the description of Cloacking Device [Bane] states it doesnt work with other "Concealment Powers".
Im pretty sure the NW/Fort powers are the same.
It doesn't seem to be enough just to have Mask Presence/Cloaking Device with Stealth IOs to reach stealth cap. Is it necessary to get Stealth from the Concealment pool as well?
