I relaly hoped targeting drone is decently good, as it seems the rest of the set is utter shite and basically 1/2 a normal blaster set. the drone is one of the big reasons I picked the set as with my Arch I can skip +acc or something

I wouldn't be surprised if they make more 'must have ' boosters. So you're forced to buy it on top of your sub. In fact I'm surprised they didn't make inherent stamina into a super booster.

hey guys thanks for the input but I rolled a Corr instead after reading this thread http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=238663
from there it seems to me blasters play 2nd fiddle to scraps, doms, brutes etc. and as a corr at least I get some support powers to mess around with when my dps gets overshadowed. -

I love standing in front of a bunch of Protesters in Praetoria with my Archery guy, then shot them with my AoE attack and watch them crumble with arrows sticking out of their chest.
Usually one or 2 gets missed and tries to run away, I shoot them in the back as they run and watch them slowly fall over. -

time > money only works if everyone else thought the same way and valued them the same way
except in 1st world countries you get a lot more benefits if you're rich (fame, women, social status) then if you have tons of free time so no, if you live in America, money>time -
