Is it worth to slot for +30% damage on a corrupter? I have a beam/Cold and I can't decided between muscle, Cardio or Spirit. IT seems like I could use all 3. Help me forums.

Shouldn't it be time to open this up to both sides without like weeks of alignment missions? Or have an lv50 arc that puts you undercover so that it makes sense to have it.
It's like every hero I make needs to go through this ritual of sides witching because the Villian pools are imo alot better. -
Didn't Flamthrower already get nerfed at 1 point? I dont see them buffing it after that
-
There should be a defense set where for each attack you dodge you hit them back for some damage, call it Street........Defence
-
I'd buy it if it came with a -500 regen that lets you solo GMs like Rad emssion.
-
Ahh ok. Thanks guys. I'll give my thug/dark a go to see how I like it.

Dominators jelly of Illusion controller master race

Also, do PA get buffed from the purple pet buildup proc?
-
Is this true? I hear lot of MM saying they do next to nothing in trials. And I spend most of my time on trials when lv50 I dont want to be useless

SS/Shield/Fire Broot
Rage+hurl+Fireblast+Char+Fireballs = ??? -
The only reason they're holding back on Illusion is so people need to pay money to unlock Trolls just for that set.

I wouldn't. The prob is your -recharge doesn't prevent dat alpha, and taht prob the thing you nee to worry about the most

Quote:You obviously account for the entire player base. Again:As a mature human being who is not filled with petty envy and irrational jealousies, it matters not one bit to me if someone gets an imaginary item in a funtime internet video game faster or easier than I got the same item.
Quote:It's harmful the same way everyone can be Jedi was harmful to Starwars Galaxy, checkout how that game's doing. -
Quote:Right and people not running tips or SSA or TFs for merits because they can buy a full set end game bling all at once is not problem. Kind of like how no one is doing respecs because everyone has themNo, because that would reduce the number of people who were levelling, which in turn would reduce the number of lower level teams which would ultimately harm the game.
Quote:No, because that would add extra currency to a game which desperately needs currency to be removed, not more added.
What I would be fine with is if the devs added sets of enhancements, which I could sell on the market, that had the approximate current value of 2 billion inf.
So I could buy my 2 billion, but no extra currency would be added to the game. The only thing that would be added was a few extra "loots".
Quote:The term "pay to win" gets used so much it is essentually meaningless. So what if I can pay to win? The question isn't "Does that guy get to win more than me?" but "Does selling it for real money harm the game in a significant way?" -
Quote:You can argue that about anything. Levels, incarnates even inf. Are you srsly saying you'll be fine if devs offered 1-50 for 400 points or 2bil inf for 400 points?Wee-ee-eell, more like "Pay to be as awesome as I could be in-game, just faster." For IOs that are both attainable in-game and on the market, it's purely a time versus money equation.
It's when you can surpass in-game performance only by spending money that it becomes Pay to Win. Funnily enough, the only things that really let you do that are the team insps and dual insps that nobody wants. Technically the ATIOs, I suppose, but they don't appear to be any more impressive than purple sets. -
Instead of making the wolf a useless non combat pet, they easily could have made it a shapeshift travel power. Click and you turn to a wolf with eg. ninja run stats. No one would have complained then.

if Marshall Brass is as strong as he is in SSA he would kick you ***

Quote:Judging by ss/fire and stj. Not really.
Silly exaggeration.
Quote:At worst it would cheapen the choices others make. Again, how does that affect you. -
Quote:Anything can be pugged. You just have a greater chance of success if you didn't. that's how it is in every part of the game.Which is contrary to the PuG-friendly intent of the trials.
Quote:On smaller servers, this is indeed the case.
Quote:No, I think they should just give up on the multi-team trial grind now, or at least stop making trials that require 12 people to start (in actually closer to 16, since hardly anyone wants to run with the minimum). A gated progression system is far more feasible when you only need 8 people. -
-
Quote:Yeah lvl cap that's how they separate end game with say, not end game. In any case, if you have alot of bad builds in your group you're still going to die.Except that in the rest of the game you don't need 16 other players of your level to do anything.
Quote:No, people who most certainly do not want to be carried are also complaining that someone else can screw it up for everyone, either due to incompetence, inexperience, or technical issues.
Quote:Players who were essentially asking to be carried due to lack of level shifts didn't have any alternative other than to not make any incarnate progress for the next two hours.
Quote:It has to do with trial difficulty in that if UG is too hard for the newcomers, but BAF and Lambda won't give rewards to the veteran incarnates, it will split the trial runners into two groups, which will make finding enough players to fill both groups too difficult. Now, while I'm sure players would have still run BAF and Lambda for the component even without the E-merit, it's pretty clear where they were going with this. -
Quote:I have never heard ppl complain UG. When you get more powerful you go through harder trials. That's what they call progression. Are you really saying having 70% non shifted players losing againest 54+1 bosses shouldn't happen? Really? If you're low level or have a bad build, you're gonna die thats pretty much how it is for all of the game. So, you're saying nobody complains about the Lethal Force and Will of the Earth in the UG, nobody complains that if you don't have enough Clarions you fail, and nobody complains that too many non-level-shifted characters can fail the trial?
The only thing people are complaining about is that they can't get carried like they can in the other trials. I think that's a awesome change.
Quote:And I guess nobody complained when they announced that players who were "done" with BAF and Lambda wouldn't be getting full rewards from those trials anymore, to the point where they rolled back that decision.
