    You've thrown down the Gauntlet.

Kahlan will try making a LR Tankable Kheld, then War Admiral or Cherry will try it, and Ping won't be out done, so he'll re-make his build, then Someone from P.o.N. will do it just to spite Ping, and to keep the Pingu rep up, Dal or Jester or some other brain-damaged Pingu will make one, and cycle starts all over again and before you know it, the whole damned server is overflowing with Khelds all-hopped-up on the most expensive Procs known to man, and itching to beat the piss out of anything with the word "Arch" in the description!
    Doom!
    Doom I say....
    DOOOOOOM!
    Oops?

If I can hold recluse's aggro with one of my defenders (rad) or trollers (storm and kin), A Kheld can most definately hold it. Just being the closest one to him and firing off attacks (even if they are deflected) attracts aggro.

7 Khelds+1 Emp is not an all Kheldian STF.

I'm pretty sure its possible at least. (maybe not master though)

The last mission, a white dwarf could take recluse (better than black dwarf since they can cap hp), With about 55% resistance to both smashing and energy, a couple oranges and purples should keep him alive along with 1-2 PBs using glowing touch.

The temp we used in the all tank STF (I forget the name of it, Net knows though) would be used to toggle debuff recluse to prevent spawns

WS PBAOEs can kill the repairmen before they are targetable.

The rest of the TF should be a breeze.

    All Kheld MSTF ftw?

edit: I'd seriously run one if there were enough people.

Why make a TA corr when you could make a cold or therm or whatever, and just take mace mastery for the -jump? Am I missing something with TA, or is it to get the -jump without having to go //mace?

Umm, anyways, what times do you log on? Champ has some pretty big fluxes in population throughout the day depending on when you log in.
  11. Gratz all on your badges.

Wanna get this for my lolPB?

    Total Focus 55.61*1.9908*.45 + 142.36*1.9908 = 333.23
Ah! I was closer than I expected to be. Now, I wonder how many enemies have that 55% resistance gap.

RoA + FFoA + Psi Scream should kill just about anything, or you could jump in and hit PSW after FFoA (Explosive Arrow's a waste given its knockback). So sure, a Blaster with buffs will outperform a Fire/Kin, but that's not the point.
True, I guess. I rarely solo farm though, because its so inefficient compared to duo farming.

70%? Very nice, I didn't even think of the overlap.

An IOd arch/mm would be better in most of these situations due to being able to nuke every spawn which takes away from a lot of the danger, even if you're only alternating aim/build up and taking out just the minnions with with RoA then cleaning up the lts with your other aoes.

With the right buffs/defenses the fire/mm can do well as well, buti ts just riskier. Fireball then psy scream is a good starter aoe cause itll slow the recharge of the survivors as you jump in real quick for drain psyche to fix what you lost.
I kinda meant "on teams" as having someone else buffing you. >.>
A Fire/Kin doesn't need support, but it can only go so far without support. A Fire/MM can go with or without support, but With the right buffs a fire/mm wont be at any more risk than a fire/kin, and it will kill faster.

I fight a lot of Freakshow, Carnies, Werewolves, etc and every one of those have 1.00 or lower smashing resitance rating and 1.00 or higher energy resistance so your numbers would be slightly skewed based on the enemies that I fight most often.

The only reason anyone should ever skip Total Focus is if they don't like the animation time or they do not want any melee powers, otherwise skipping it in my opinion is foolish.
If one of you math wizzes wants to step in be my guest here. You would need a HUGE difference in resistance (I believe it would need to be around 50% smashing resistance and 0% energy resistance, dont quote me on my terribad maths though ) for TF to ever do more damage than EP+BS, even to resistant foes.

"Big numbers may not be everything but a 100% mag 3 stun is pretty nice and you can stack it on bosses with Cosmic Burst or Bonesmasher. "

You really dont need Total Focus to stun bosses when you have Cosmic Burst. Lead with Cosmic Burst and follow up with EP+BS, most likely the boss will be stunned, although not as guarteed it still works(and it doesnt take you 5.3 seconds to do).You could also KB the boss with power thrust, then stack cosmic burst with itself for even less risk than either scenario above.

From experience, my 0% defense blaster has no trouble with bosses, soloing or on teams, and she doesnt need to stun them. Power Thrust is just that good.
  18. I hope it is /not/ next week. There are still alot of things that need to be fixed.

Yes, teams that need healers do suck, thats why I invite Empathy /buffers/ to my team. And I invite said Empathy Buffers over Pain Buffers because Empathy Buffers have better buffs than Pain Buffers.

  21. Even when going mace mastery, you don't need meds pool.

Power boosted holds and confuses, along with knockback is a ton of mitigation, bringing a few greens will cover the difference.

And yeah, build for +dmg and +hp followed by +acc and +rchg.

Right. Then all said Blaster needs to do is team with an Emp or Kin and wreck face.
