I'm not sure how the delusion that I'm part of Suzy's dream would impact interaction with the hero character. In theory it wouldn't, but you've gone and told us this isn't The Real World. How are you going to make it interesting to RP with your character, when you've already told the people you play with that any Rp/interaction with your character is the product of Suzy's imagination? Doesn't mean it can't happen, but as a thinking live person (prove it) I'm not really willing to try very hard if everything my character does is dismissed as the other PC's imagination, and not even that, but the imagination of a 3rd non-active PC that the in game avatar isn't aware of being an avatar for

What's the story potential? Is your character ever gonna become aware of the situation? Is Suzy gonna manifest at some point? Are you the player gonna be happy if your hero becomes aware, starts talking about it IC and other players and characters begin to dismiss you/your character as a loon? I can see it as a neat end to a Story, an else worlds, but it's a tough row to hoe ongoing

The whole appearing when the well is active also sorta contradicts the reality being a product of Suzy, but supports the idea of autistic Suzy projecting into the CoH reality, or perhaps, the Well reaching out to her in her more mundane reality. That arc might have some possibilities you could work out with lots o folks. In the end it will be about how well your regular RP crowd take to the idea, the rest will just dismiss the bio and go on.

I'd stand around Galaxy giving respecs. Jack's fight would actually be pretty boring, he's just a tank till he falls kinda guy. Though it would be a hell of a tank , shoot it would be a hell a tank now, make him an npc an ouch. I imagine the final mission would involve a Wolfetech facility and plenty of nasty bots that Jack had constructed. The final fight migh include some pop up lasers that the team would want to get rid of and at least one completely off the wall power related to the singularity contained in Jack's body

Not that I think this is doable, though Ascendant did have a pretty good run at it a few years ago, but the I think the track would be to appoint a series game masters and build missions in the AE for others to complete. You'd have to have a pretty tight master story plotted out with specfic goals, and objectives. I can't imagine it could be done by anyone (s) who hadn't at least written a novel, then you'd have to be prepared people who go off book.

If you're talking just in the forums, same thing, you'd need a leader or leaders with a very specfic target /goal in mind.

Yeah, used love that Drek map, I'm not a big fan power leveling people, but we'd use it to get our 49s to 50. Used herd so many of them that the engine couldn't reneder anymore. Used run the Eden task force (which I haven't done in ages) and herd all the Lattice, Guardian, Sarydonx together. That should be an Incarrnet power set, up the number targets our AOEs offensive and defensive can key off of.

I know this has been said, but don't be upset if he cleans your clock too. I jumped him last night comfortably inside a bubble, inside the range of steaming mist reading well over 100 Def and 90/90/60/60/60/60/42 resists, but without Dull Pain up (ussually don't need it right off if ever depending on how good my empy is . Punched, stepped back 4 steps to begain to pull him where I like to keep him, taunted. His first lucky hit/hits were for over 1900, I'm all oh crap looking for the INSP or DP button, so it goes off as soon as the taunt animation stops, he hits me again for 1500. I"m down. Sometimes the bear just gets you.

Mine were pictures of the old guy tanking recluse in a task force and another of him getting hit by a big heavy statue that grav grl praetorian tosses as part of her wormhole(?) attack

Looks like the file got written over with a new image, and now I can't remember my login to fix it. Not that the ugly clown guy would be happy with me deleting his file any who. Distinct possibility the clown is displaying my images on his page. Picures are Jack4 and 5. It's also possible someone was just messing around and it's been a while since I checked the page.

The Hydra's ranged damage shouldn't overcome an invuln tank's ability. Taunt and ranged attack the Hydra and he'll ignore your teamates. OP, yes at one time the Invuln tank was, well not silly cause I loved it, but very very sturdy. I think, and it's been a lot years, that back in 04 we could even get 100% resists, I know we could get 95. Before ED it was also pretty easy to 90 S/L and 65 to 75 everything else.

The maintencebots deleted my VirtueVerse images with others, not amused.

Virtualy character in the game has some level of Super Strength, endurance, speed, and agility. Shoot most of the NPCs we rescue exhibit physical abilities way beyond an olympic level athelete.

Soloing is using only the tools, talents and skills inherit to yourself, to do alone. Do you dislike guitar solos that use an amp? If you're tanking Recluse without buffs, an emp angel, or other teammates support you are solo tanking him. Not something I prefer to do, but I don't soft cap with 1 target (43%) and a good bubble set with call for justice makes 108 a reality

Mercs/Traps MM 22 to 27, then I ran into the last mission in the Ray Cooling arc ok the last fight, ok the last half of the last fight, got frustrated with that Zeus and will be back in 2 days when I can complete that mission. We were walking, never been so frustrated by a Malta Titan, they are like my favorite thing to fight...till now.

A well IO'd 50, specially a tank, shouldn't need an alpha to contribute on any task force/ team. I could tank most any AV before the alphas, I can do it now. Still can't killem though they heal and regen almost as fast as I do.

So does Ascendant's tendency to RP his character as someone who is deflecting Meterors the size of Texas change because the game Engine did? Hope not, Jack as written has always been more powerful then the game let's him be. The Incarnate system, and the new innate powers, just let the game be closer to the imagination. Of course if you're running around lording over people....well whatever
