hey i got lag in a bad way, i meet system requirements(i know thats not saying much but i dont know how to post system specs) reduced gfx, turned of sound, it made things a bit better but its still bad, any ideas?

hi guys i need to reduce lag ingame cuz its painfully slow sometimes i can barely move, i meet system requirements, turned down gfx, and turned off sound in options, any other ways to reduce lag(besides safe mode)?
