My Rare but very effective suggestion.
Trick Arrow / Sonic / Soul Mastery
Notable synergies...
Acid Arrow, Disruption Arrow and Howl = -60% res !
Poison Gas Arrow + Sirens Song stacks and can be powerboosted
Sonic does energy damage which ignited Oil Slick Arrow
Soul Drain is a PbAoe self +dmg +tohitt which will make the -res powers even more effective. -
Best place for this on a controller is in Psi Tornado, the proc checks once on all the mobs in the group.... Mine hits almost every time I use it, and that alone recharges my tornado to be used again.

It dropped it, get enough -end from other powers... but if I had 1 more space it's a nice addition.. slot for -end not sleep and maybe pop in the placate proc

Ok so I have a pretty amazing Domi at the moment, Fire/Fire/Mace.. and when I found that they were allowing us Fireball etc I wet myself! The one thing that bugged me was the poo Aoe that is combustion being the hard hitter :/ Soooo, I will be respeccing into Fire APP asap! but I don't want to loose survivability, she has no heal and at the moment runs very well due to 46% def to S/L. Here is my current build.

Been working on mine and with tough, Epic shield and minimal defense slotting you can create a cheap and very effective melee range controller... hit 48 last night and im going red side very soon to grab myself Mu mastery.

Ok so with this APP in mind, do you think that a Fire/Psi/Fire dom will knock Fire/Kin off the top spot for the dreaded F word?

At what % of Defense does it become noticable that it is improving your survivbility.. I had heard 25% but I tend to fight +3 and +4 con mobs, would this still be the same? Soft cap is not available, what am I aiming for instead?

I would probably just like a little change to Sonic which i think would make more people want to play it...
Sonic Siphon, Change to a Cone or a Targetted Aoe as it is a team based set chances are you will be fighting groups.
Disruption Field, Change to a click power instead of a toggle like fortitude maybe decrease the -res % because of stacking... prob a long recharge tho like 120sec, or allow to place on yourself
Sonic Repulsion, change to a damage aura with ability target an ally or place on your self if no ally is targetted.
That would make me enjoy mine alot more... dunno what you guys think? -
Does anyone have a list of mobs, and their base resistances to damage types and hp if that varies.

Does anyone have an EM/Wp build for a stalker please? I know they are pretty much hard to muck up but all the same I would like something to work from for my first stalker.

i think that's right, you can choose the place that the bots stand... run in yourself(stay within BG range) and if you are hit they will open fire. -

Hope this is a question you havn't encountered before.... so here goes.
Is there a chance at any point that all zones could be made into pvp zones, there are many games out there that allow characters to roam all available maps and encounter player enemies as they level.
My brother used to play a game were if you attacked another player, your name went red for "x" period of time. You could only attack players within certain level ranges of yourself, and attacking other players and getting defeated means that you dropped items and influence to the person that killed you.
While your name was red the players that attacked you had no penalty or chance of loosing anything.
I dunno what the game was called and he only explained it to me once, but it sounded fun.
Is there any chance that CoX could incorperate a similair system??
