hehe a few mistakes in there (due to cutting and pasting you lazy sod) and im sure a few ppl will pick holes in it but as a first draft (im sure you will improve it after comments!!) a nice guide for new blasters

Ok i have stuck some sets in, my main aim was more accuracy which i managed to get up to +50% as i dont want to miss with my Kinetic powers...please let me know what you would change on this. Its a PvE team build with a bit of solo potential.

Got rid of flash as soon as i could so didnt see it fully enhanced, when i asked the question on here everyone said it was [censored] so have never bothered with it since.
And yeh your build looks fine, if your anything like me you will want to adapt the generic build to suit your particular playstyle..my future build gets rid of the rez, fallout and tp so i can get leadership pool with vengance. -

this is my Pve team only build that i have respeced into, i only use dull pain when needed which unless fighting Psys is not often, it only has down time of 7 secs anyway.

the problem with nemisis are the snipers that can see through stealth, it means they shoot you from a distance where a mob would usualy mill around waiting for you to kill them next. the fakes and warhulks are easy compared to those.
well stealth is out so the only thing i can recommend is a good old bit of corner taunting by the tank and pulling to a safe killing zone where 1 (or2) groups can be tackled without the snipers picking you off from distance or you could just fight loverly freaks instead -
Good thing about that build is red fortunes are so cheap
im going for the rgn route with numinas and its killing me, if i could afford 4 numinas +recharge i would not only have the rgn bonus but the recharge bonus aswell....can anyone lend me 100mill inf

Give me a chance to get a few more lvls (8 at least so i have stamina)and count me in for more or less everything as its my first time on villains i want to do all the trials i can on my way to 50

got rid of spirit tree and thorntrops for aid self.
And had already decided to do for Mu mastery, i love powersink on my defender gets rid of any end problems during longer fights at higher lvls.
I already had SJ i just took hasten from the speed pool.
Im going to keep roots and creepers and vines for the moment might take out roots for fling thorns at some point though.
Im only lvl 12 at the momnet and im loving this set gotsa lots of respecs waiting to be used so will continue with my pre stamina build then respec out the extra bits thanks for the advice. -
The power choices (not lvls taken)are nearly exactly the same as mine except i got hasten which helps with the PA and didnt take decieve.
I have my build with sets i will comment as with normal IOs.
I would take out a Dam from PA and put in a Acc.
i keep seeing ppl put a fly in Phantasm i wouldnt bother tbh i have it 3 Dam 2 Acc and a Endrec with hasten it is much better just to recast him, he will still get lost twice a mish with that extra fly.
Rad infection 3 x enzyme hami
Em pulse i went for 2 acc 2 hold 2 end mod with power boost this takes a big chunk of end from the enemy.
At the moment i have fallout and its a great for exploding team mates but im having trouble in battle Tping them into a good position to make it worth while so will proberly respec it out for power blast. -
Never really thought about slotting Cytoskeletons tbh but it makes sense to get the tohit buff, ive currently got it slotted with 4 numinas and 2 taunts,
Going to take 1 of the numinas out and fit 1 cyto the 20% to hit buff will be better than the 9% acc bonus -
My fave toon is a storm/elec if you have never played a stormie before i cant recommend it enough, coupled with the end drain of elec makes a very good combo.

we are talking about the STF if so they both laugh in the face of my invul tank, if we are talking about RV then thats a different matter altogether!!

good post i wish i had read it before getting my tank to 50 tbh it was only after i hit 50 with my tank i actually learnt how to use him to his full capacity, my only method was the jump over taunt away from team....i have now learned the (why does no one tell you) taunt aura herd) i didnt even know i had one
ive just made a ice/fire tank and cant wait till i can tank instead of scrank
