normally if the tanker get good aggro and if you stay far from other players using single target heals you 'll not have any problems.
Theres no way a Taunting Tank should be letting the Empath get squished by a Fake Nemises, he should be taunting them constantly. They should never go for you.
Nems are AOE heavy so stay well away from the tank to avoid the AOE attacks he'll be attracting. Same goes for your fellow squishies. Anyone standing beside a Tank vs Nems deserves to die.
By the same token you should be avoiding using too many AOEs if you find yourself getting a lot of hate (although again with a decent tank & controller you shouldn't have to worry about that too much).
Nems are one of the trickiest foes ingame. Try dropping the difficultly helps too.
(and just wait until you meet the Carnies, Malta and Knives in the 40s if you think Nems are bad 
)
the problem with nemisis are the snipers that can see through stealth, it means they shoot you from a distance where a mob would usualy mill around waiting for you to kill them next. the fakes and warhulks are easy compared to those.
well stealth is out so the only thing i can recommend is a good old bit of corner taunting by the tank and pulling to a safe killing zone where 1 (or2) groups can be tackled without the snipers picking you off from distance or you could just fight loverly freaks instead

Already met them all and have Mistress of Olympus badge, i still hate Nemesis 
I'd say your tanker probably isn't doing as good a job as you think they are.
Ask your tanker to turn the mobs away from you when fighting anything that does nasty cones (malta and nemesis are probably the worst) and you'll be fine. With fortitude on there's no reason at all your tanker can't stay alive long enough to turn groups, get aggro, and move the mobs away from any distant snipers if required, even discounting the liklihood that in an 8 person team there will be other buffers/debuffers in the team.
Hi all, I'm level 39 and on the verge of finding the 1 true type of people i hate.
Nemesis, the real reason being is there stupid and random burst damage, half the time I'm standing at the back of my team and the "Fake Nemesis" smack me for 411, i can take that, but then i get 2 grenades slammed in to me (I'm using a good tanker that's been with me since about 13) and I'm dead, ontop of that my team mates, normally scrappers or trollers, seem to get 1 shotted out of nowhere.
Any tips on what i can do?
