If the devs make customization of the pool powers possible:
---Add alternate Arcane animations:
Medicine pool doesn't fit well with Magic Origins(I skipped this pool for my Elec/Elec Brute due to his Magic Origin)
Use of Crossbow/Bow for Munitions Mastery. Crystal ball for Surveillance.
---Ability to swap the sharks for another kind of beast, or a set of jaws (minus shark body). The sharks are neat, but a rare fit for my character concepts. -

Positron's IS Great, but it's the only one that is (okay, excluding Purple & PVP). I used to 5-slot Detonation for it's Range and smidgen of AoE def (until it broke with i15). And Air Burst? Are you kidding? Its picture is in the dictionary under "Lackluster".
There needs to be more sets, and hopefully with some more recharge. -
My Arch/MM does not have Hasten. I find it's unnecessary. Now, Hasten is a great power and very easy to put into a build, but not required.

I make heavy use of Procs in my Ice/Storm, and have never had a proc Scourge.

Powers can be individually customized per costume slot, but not supergroup mode.

I've noticed my Ice/Storm only seems to Scourge from her Ice/ powers. Freezing Rain might(although I couple it with Ice Storm), but Tornado never does.
Can only primary powers Scourge? -

The biggest plus to click mez protection is that it can't be forced off due to end drain or stacked mez.
Course... most toggles don't drop anymore when mezzed, so the click mez protections lost out on that move.

Personally, I find the sheer annoyance of the -9990% damage(all) unbearable. I honestly don't know why it's so popular with such an annoying debuff.

It is annoying, but far better than the previous 10 seconds of ONLY AFFECT SELF. Now at least you can keep Taunting.
Also, I make use of Procs which are unaffected by the massive damage debuff. -

If I recall correctly, 3 slotting Fly and Swift (from Fitness) will cap flight speed. Adding in powers like Lightning Reflexes, Mental Training or Quickness, AFAIK will not make it any faster.

They've buffed the base fly speed. You can hit max flight speed with 2 slotted Fly and Swift. (maybe even with Swift) -
Storm's Thunderclap is only a mag 2 stun with no Knockback. You are better off with VS for the extra damage.

I'm not a fan of big blocky armors, especially on my acrobatic/speedy toons. It just breaks the concept :\

I find Stalker take extra time to set up the next Assassin's Strike. More time to recovery endurance, less need for Stamina.
Still nice to have, I use it for my Claw/Nin. -

OP, are you also changing character height with the Costume emotes?
I know I've seen it happen where the new height doesn't continue on with the emote animation.

Indeed, there is a height change. I discounted that because both costumes were female and the same build(using the same skeleton--or so I assume). The character is MA/SR and has no weapon or shield to interfere with animation. When I the ccemote, I am not in combat mode(I make a point not to be as this will prevent the emote from animating). -

My guess? They're having trouble ending the Rikti Weekend. All previous Rikti surges lasted upwards of a week or more, not just a weekend. -
Even when idle the 2nd half of the ccemote is cut off.
I have tried the /e none in binds. It prevents the costume change altogether(via ccemote anyway).
