As for what level we start at...Since, Cherry is only four, we can start at four. It's just an hour or so of solo play to get there, and it won't make much of an effect if someone doesn't. I'm making my Defender right now.

Looking at IOs magnitudes, I think the issue is precisely that this was not accounted for. If you look at a Tiny Smash/Lethal resist bonus is magnitude .0063 and a Tiny Smash/Lethal defense bonus is also .0063. Both use the Ones multiplier, though, and I think thats the biggest issue.
For all we know about balance, to be fair, the resist bonuses should be twice as strong as the defensive equivalent.
That is besides the point that they handed over way more def bonuses than resist bonuses.
Check your math really quick, Stars. I'm sure this is just an honest mistake.

Could you supply me with your definition of "afternoon," Talon? If it's around 6p.m. Central, that might be our "official" time. Those quotation marks are there so that I can show up fifteen minutes late and say, "What? It was in quotation marks." or show up thirty minutes early and say, "Where the hell were you guys? I started thirty minutes ago! It was in quotation marks!"

Considering my situation with school, I usually only play on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons. But, lately, I've been having trouble finding teams on toons that I actually want to play. I'm re-rolling my Traps Defender soon, so I thought I might as well see if there is any interest in starting up a static team for Friday evening or Saturday afternoons...Maybe both?
I suspect the team would run for about two hours at each session; more or less, depending on how the "Possibly Interested"s feel. I'm typically quite flexible with my hours, so I'm open to suggestions on particular run times.
Also, I'd like to get this started as quickly as possible, mostly because trying to solve this damn wooden puzzle can only entertain me for so long. So, in summation: We can have our daily tea parties in the fifth dimension. Wait. That's not right...Where's my sheet? *rummages* Here we go. So, please post your information if you might be interested. A format similar to this:
(Global) -- (Character Name) -- (Archetype) -- (Powersets)
would be perfect. So for me:
@Demon Keeper -- (To be determined) -- Defender -- Traps/Sonic
I would like to note that I might not be available around 7-8:30p.m. on some Fridays, so off-peak hours would be best. Sometimes stuff actually happens on campus around that time. <.<

I just made a Traps/Sonic build that has me wanting to re-roll my Traps/Electric. Softcapped to ranged and AoE, within 2% of softcap on melee. ~36% damage bonus with Assault on. 31.3% recharge (or more, if you want to slot some LotGs) and almost 500% regeneration with Triage (or more...again, if you want to slot some LotGs). I wasn't able to fit Aid Self, though, nor Screech/Siren's Song/Caltrops...Best of all: Unless the prices for some of this stuff sky-rocketed while I was in class, this shouldn't be *too* expensive, I think.

And it made me wonder: "If paid some enormous sum, what would I be willing to name my future offspring?" The answer: I would name my son Sister Psyche if the money is right. Maybe. I could always give him a middle name like John or sometihing.

Okay, okay. We're waiting for the devs to iron out most of the super huge game-breaking bugs. That sound better? There is no such thing as a bugless program...I think some people give the Dev's more crap than they deserve about bugs in this game. The only bug that has bothered me in the past is wwwweeessssaddwwwwchat bug. -

A note for you bacon haters: For some reason unbeknownst to me, the bacon in my school's cafeteria is placed in the vegetarian section. I don't think that it is vegetarian bacon, though, 'cause there is no bacon in the non-vegetarian section...And who would have vegetarian bacon without the original? That'd be blasphemy. I therefore assert that bacon is vegetarian-friendly and, furthermore, is healthy.

I agree. I see as being a fun set for those people that like utility sets, (i.e. trick arrow and storm).
In my opinion, triage beacon just comes too early in the set. It really needs slotting. Personally I like it, but I also always take regen aura on my empths. I slot both the same way. The “planting” of it is annoying and therefore usually means I only get it out right before the tougher fights.
P.S.
I'm glad to see Defender numbers for the Traps set. But I still haven't decided on my secondary. */Electric and */Radiation could work thematically, but */Sonic would have some killer -Res going on and */Dark has that self-heal that Traps lacks completely...Decisions, decisions. -

Crits: Woot crits! well they ARE helpful but scrappers also have this. Given the amount of scrappers hero side, when GR comes out we should have quite the flood of them villain side. So villains will get to choose between one class with 10% crit chance or another class with 10% crit but better survivability. -
Blasters cannot critical hit, so you were not one-shotting minions with Neutrino Bolt. Also, if Neutrino Bolt was normalized, so was X-Ray Beam (Eyes?)--probably bumped to a eight second recharge and a fitting damage/endurance cost.
Broadsword for Stalkers can result in rogue Knives of Artemis agents, which can slightly cool.
Fireball for Scrappers seems interesting. Spines/FA/Blaze? That's hawt. Excuse the pun.
Now to finish some homework.
