As it stands it's easy to give influence to a friend and have them hold it while you switch to a different toon. Why not make it easier? Add an account-wide influence/infamy drop box to Vault Reserve and limit it by faction and server.

Alt+Click Adrenalin Boost. Click Physical Perfection. Problem solved.
Also, nothing's been removed from St0n3y's Mid's update. If you're referring to the pop-up text when you mouseover a power, for some reason that's off by default and can be turned back on by clicking 'Pop-Up' in the upper right corner. -

Well, in I16 you can take Fire Breath, use the dark fire theme and tint it dark green and brown. It makes for pretty convincing vomit.

If you're going for /SR, I would drop Eviscerate for Spin. Shockwave's knockback is great for blunting an alpha strike when jumping into a fight, and since SR doesn't have any toggles like Rise to the Challenge or Invincibility that benefit from being in melee range with foes, your mitigation isn't negatively impacted.

You've got the money, the hat, the monocle, the teabag emote and the badge title.
Welcome to The Club, and congratulations. -
You can't turn Patrol XP off, but it is possible to turn of XP earning entirely.

The processor, hard drive space and RAM are fine. The only thing that looks iffy about your setup is the graphics card, which is integrated. Integrated graphics chips are built into the motherboard and won't provide performance as well as dedicated graphics cards can. Your computer will run the game, but the lack of a dedicated graphics card is a big hindrance.

Quote:Better idea.OMG That is going to be my player event in celebration of I16!!! You have to go from Atlas to Galaxy using Perez Park and you have to go through the park, not around it. Whoever gets there first wins lol.
Ms. Liberty to Woodsman (by the Eden trial door). -

so mad rite nao
Mostly because I16 has me spoiled to the point where I can't play on the live servers. I'm really hoping it goes live next week, bugs be damned. -
Sign me up as well. My curiosity has been piqued. I also perused GM Dave's archives. Comedic gold, right there. Reminds me of a collection of stories I read about a sanitation worker in Nashville.

First off, welcome back to the game!
Secondly, a LOT has changed.
Cryptic Studios no longer operates City of Heroes or City of Villains. In November of 2007, both games were fully bought by NCSoft, taking most of the original development team with them. These developers, numbering around 15, moved to new offices and formed a new studio, NCSoft Northern California. NCSoft is reinvesting majorly in City of Heroes in order to improve it, including the expansion of the development team. In April of this year, NCSoft NorCal announced it would be changing its name to Paragon Studios, symbolizing their commitment to the game. They've been doing a good bit of hiring and the development team has grown to over 60 people.
City of Heroes and City of Villains are now, for all intents and purposes, one game. Buying a City of Heroes box gets you City of Villains too, and vice versa. I don't know the full details on old accounts though.
I'm guessing if you played City of Villains over 2 years ago you might not have been around for the addition of the Invention system or the markets. This ParagonWiki article has information and dates on all the issue releases thus far.
I hope that answers a few of your questions.
Once again, welcome back. -
Quote:There's always hope that the devs will find a way to make anniversary account-wide, which is something I think they've discussed. Also, I think you meant Going Rogue instead of I16.If it weren't for the fact that I'd lose all the anniversary badges, I'd delete my main and rebuild him as a brute. Get him to 50 with all the buff accolades right before I-16 goes live, swap sides, reslot all the IOs that I strip out before deletion.
It'd take some work, but it could be done. Probably should be done.
I always feel a bit traitorous when I say this, but truth is truth:
Brutes > Scrappers > Tanks and that's just the way it is. -
This version also has a XML feed that isn't broken. The official feed thinks EVERY dev post is new, so every couple of hours you have a hundred new items in your feed reader.
-
Yeah, I had to unsubscribe from it too. You might wanna try Devian's dev digest XML feed. I don't know how well it works yet.
-
After playing around a bit with a Claws/SR on test, I've decided that's gonna be the first thing I roll once I16 goes live. I even worked out a final, money-is-no-object build.

Based on past beta periods I highly doubt they'll release I16 after less than two weeks of open beta testing. My Spidey Sense is starting to veer towards the 15th, but even that might be too soon.

For me, it's definitely the Serrated Sugar hair for females. Best looking hair, in my opinion.
