if the signature story had come out at the same time as this I wouldn't complain as much , at least then id have something new to play with .
Heck just a singular costume piece keeps me occupied as I alt around trying to figure out how to use it on my pile o characters . -

Thanks SD , thats sorta what I thought but didn't have enough experience with open zone league raid content (like Hamidon Raids and Mothership raids as part of a league) to be sure .
On Virtue for a bit we had farmers that would simply afk in a corner during a hami raid then come in for their hit and reward and had wondered due to the discussion if there had been some way implemented to keep folks out with the addition of leagues (other than the care bear stare or dirty looks )
and with a answer given im out of the thread . -
Haven't been on a mothership raid since leagues started but im wondering how you keep someone from participating in a mothership raid ?
is there a way to keep 'them' or a group of 'them' out of the zone and away from the mothership ?
I understand you can kick them from a league but im not seeing how that could stop a mixed team (mixed as in levels ) from participating (killing pylons or Rikti atop the mothership) if they wanted to.
just curious about the above as im intrested in the mechanics of how you'd manage this and not the actual discussion about who should be allowed to participate and who dosn't like how whom leads a raid . -

You know....this thread confuses me. The other day I made a thread asking someone to draw a pic of one of my characters for Inf and the mods took it down.
Does this mean it's ok to ask for Inf in exchange for pictures but you can't offer Inf for pictures? If so...then isn't that a bit odd?
you'd likely have better luck starting a thread going "looking for artist please contact via pm's for details " or failing that there is a free art thread stickied up top as well as threads with artists sometime offering freebies .
i've had great luck purpling out my characters via doing art for folks but I deal mostly with folks that seem to run repetitive missions and/or have mastered marketeering and thus are eccentricly rich .(simply playing the game on my main character doing task forces / trials and assorted content regularly nabs me millions so any work most artists would do for inf has to outweigh what they earn simply by not working and playing the game for fun )

the mod in question was really nice about it so nothing really bad to say honestly , my guess is someone complained and he was trying his best to fix a odd situation and I assume sometimes even a fully clothed character can look too smexy so I take it as a bit compliment that Dragonberry is far too smexy for a forum signature :P

foo do you have some sort of goal your trying to hit inf wise or some io's your looking to purchase or is this more a scrooge mcduck thing and your hoping to fill a vault with inf and swim in it ? -
they took mine away because I tried to be modest and put a bikini bottom on dragonberry so no one would complain about her being starkers and was told that the bikini bottom was too much but I could depict her as she shows up in game :P
im very confused over the whole thing .

Thank you Cox for going to a hybrid model , giving me more stuff than i've ever had before and pumping out new weekly content that I can buy with my free points (or spend real world money if I have to have it right nao and didn't save any points ) if it strikes my fancy .

there are rude folks on every server ,
im not sure exalted is special in this regard as while i've found plenty of rude folks here they don't seem above average or special in their rudeness . I can definitely say with some conviction that I don't see Exalted taking home the gold in this years server rudeness olympics ...maybe if they try very hard they can take the bronze ...maybe . -
ohhh I definitely came for the names , Im not overly fond of the people i've run into on the server but once I decided that folks were kinda snobby for the most part I just got my solo on and have been having a blast .
im sure you'll find some rp but much like starting a garden you'll likely need to tend it to get it to grow and prosper , much good luck to you . -

I am a power gamer and a RPer, and sometimes a casual gamer. Its fun to balance them! (not really, lol).
Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to say 'You are wrong for RPing here', but right now? We have Pinnacle, Infinity, Union, and Virtue with RPers. Even more with very tiny groups.
I'd prefer if we could compress them down, but I'm not a Mind / x Controller. -
I have alot of characters on exalted already (both transferred 50's and newly created characters ) and play quite a bit , I just don't find the community there that likeable (or at least the people that seem to want to try to speak for the community ) on the other hand it has a bunch of names that I wanted and its a good solo server (the place I go to solo when im not feeling like hanging out with my friends from virtue .
so will I make use of Exalted ? "you betcha!" will I ever leave my main server for exalted ? "hellz no"
