Still, none of us can be sure where the problem is. I'm just going by fragmented information I can see from the forums and past experience. Have any of you experiencing the problem tried a repair?

If it's not client side, how is it that Sam isn't seeing any problems?

The fact is that bugs are funny like that. I can't really be sure where it is, but as I've said, something similar has happened before, and it was a client side issue then.

Try the fix I've suggested; force the launcher to do a game repair. If that doesn't fix it, then I'll be more likely to agree with you that it's server side.

My endurance use on my warshade is hard to quantify, but my endurance gain is something like "Full bar every 12 seconds."

Client specific, I'm sure. I think I've seen this once before where the patch was misapplied on a large scale and caused visual bugs like this. The fix back then was force the launcher to do a repair.

I can't remember exactly how to do that... something like delete the check sum file, but I can't remember what it was called.
