With all 36 slots on Virtue filled (as well as a few SGs/VGs fully or mostly built out), my instinct is to stay on Virtue unless the majority of the RP community disappears. I started out in an RP community on Champ, and when it died, I came to Virtue to stay because of the seemingly vast amount of RP'ers. I'm hoping it stays that way.

Addendum: I also intend to make use of the Ignore button as per usual as far as trolls go. I'd just like to see the devs give us VIP'ers a bigger ignore list.

I've filled all 36 slots on Virtue with my extreme altitis, all of them rp characters of one type or another. Easiest to keep up with me by global friending me. :P
Type of RP: Not sure how to categorize. In team, local, tells, league, SG, and broadcast chat, I try to always be IC or use brackets for when I'm not. I hate sitting around in the D. I love rp'ing on the move during missions and whatnot, stopping when/if it makes sense to the rp. As far as all the rating stuff, I guess it ranges from G to "Hidden in the back of the adult section", since I just let the rp go where it goes.
Can be contacted: In game email is probably fastest/easiest.
Times on: Just about daily, though the hours vary.
Time zone: I'm on the east coast, but I keep late hours usually.

A couple of friends and I were talking about global channels available to us as roleplayers and gamers, and often times, the two seem mutually exclusive. Roleplayer channels seem to focus on meeting other rp'ers and discussing rp-related issues, which is fine, but seem to discourage advertising for teams, TFs/SFs, and trials. Other global channels that focus on getting teams and the like together include both non-rp'ers and rp'ers, and therefore, the activity tends to be a non-rp or wholly ooc event.

So, we thought why not blend the two?

Let me be clear here: We don't wish to pull people from either of the channel types listed above. We're interested in seeing if we can give an alternative to roleplayers out there who would like to participate in IC teams, IC TFs/SFs, etc. Non-rp'ers would, of course, be welcome, but with the understanding that these gatherings would be just as focused on RP as on the gaming aspect of the activities.

The focus of this global channel would not be discussion, but basically an LFT for Roleplayers who wish to play with other Roleplayers on Virtue. Members would be encouraged to start RP events/teams/TFs/SFs/Trials/Raids on their own, as well as attend those scheduled by the mods of the channel (each of the 4 of us are committed to schedule at least one event a month).

The channel is public, and we welcome roleplayers of all types and backgrounds to join. When you do, you'll find yourself silenced, but all you have to do is send a mod a tell, and we'll unsilence you. We ask that no drama be brought to the channel and discussions unrelated to the subject of the channel be taken elsewhere.

So, please, check us out! We'd love to see the channel membership grow and become a place where fellow roleplayers can find more roleplayers who enjoy playing the game ICly!

Theme/Concept: The Order is based around a cult that worships a self-proclaimed goddess of freedom and destiny. While the cult is the central group, mercenaries are hired to act as bodyguards, assassins, and to carry out miscellaneous jobs to further the name and glory of the Order.

Activity: Varies, as the core members of the group are raging alt-aholics with full schedules outside of the game.

We also hold team-up nights on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 8pm EST, as well as plan an SF now and then, usually for a Sunday afternoon. Anyone is welcome to come hang out with us whether they're a member or not. (Just send a tell to @Lela)

Requirements for Membership: None. We have a 30 day trial period to give you a chance to see if you want to stay and us a chance to see if we're gonna get along. Beyond that, we're more than happy to just have more people to rp and play with.

Theme/Concept: You know those really super supers? Those really heroic heroes? Yeah, we're not them. We're the ones that don't fit for whatever reason. We've got the guys who don't always follow the rules or don't feel like they quite fit in with those mainstream groups; we've got a few people who aren't even from this world. Chances are, if your character doesn't fit in elsewhere, you'll fit in with us.

Activity: The Starchasers is definitely an alt repository for a small core group of people who - while they may be active - aren't necessarily always on a Starchaser. We have an OOC global channel to stay in touch with each other across servers.
