My highest-level character is a lvl 46 Scrapper. Now, to get a good look at GR and trying out Dual Pistols I am determined to start again and finally get a 50.

Which faction now has the highest population? If I go Villain will I find that everyone went Hero?

Is it possible to spend most of your time in the new zones? I thought I read that they were capped at lvl 20.

I am fairly sure I got free time one-time-only with a trial. But, that could be ages ago and this may work a lot differently.

Anyhow ty again I will take your word for it.

Looking back over my account I see that I used a trial account activation to add time to my main account. Will this still work on a different account? (I know I was only able to do it once on the first.)

If so... would this trial adding time also let the player try out the Praetoria content?

(I am assuming everyone has watched the movie "Equilibrium". Hail of Bullets is just as cool as the "Gun Kata". So, I have to try it now with the recommendation that it will be fun )

One thing that is unusual in Mid's with Hail of Bullets is it doesn't seem to list accuracy for the power though I can slot it with Accuracy enhancements. hmm?

Can you please tell me a little more about Hail of Bullets? And even how it works with Power Boost?

Mids won't let me slot Hail of Bullets with +defense enhancements and Power Boost doesn't show up as helping Hail of Bullets in any way. The +defense enhancement is perhaps the most interesting thing since it seems to perhaps be this power's saving grace.

I admit I am a little disappointed with the whole 60% hit rate. Is this power better than it looks to be right now? I am still deciding about taking this set and being the highest-level power in the set I am judging this. Still, the animations are truly tempting!

My Character Creator says the Dual Pistols "Hail of Bullets" power has a 60% chance of the damage being applied? Huh? I am hoping this is some sort of misprint.

So... would Power Boost increase the defense bonus from Weave for 15 seconds?

Just how many things get a boost from "Power Boost"?

It says things like +to hit an + defense in the listing I am looking at. But, is that a boost to all powers? Will I get a 15 sec boost to Defense powers?

(The character I am toying with is a DP/Energy Blaster. Lots of stuns so this might be worthwhile anyway.)

Hey guys and girls.

I checked my account and it says that I earned the 27 month vet reward on the 11th of December. When I log in I don't get the "vet reward earned" message on unplayed characters. Also, when I checked badges it is listed there.

However, in the costume creator I cannot see the Anime armor. grr!

Any help please?

edit: hang on... is it called "Tech Sleek"? Not the most amazing costume set but if I have what I have earned then I am happy.

The Blaster I am toying with is about lvl 25 Ice/Ice. Lots of fun. So, the set means that I don't have many big AoEs to throw around but I suspect the helds I am stacking might get expensive end-wise. I hate running out of blue.

Even if I don't take tough and weave I would like the defense power from the Ice ancillary set just because it would look cool.

Is there much use in taking Tough and Weave for a Blaster? If I skip them then I can take Hasten and maybe two other powers (any suggestions?)

I just wonder if I am better off assuming that I will get hurt when I am hit or take three (four with the ice ancillary defensive power) powers for what might be only a slight improvement.

I am now determined to make a dual blades/willpower character but honestly now I am leaning towards Scrapper. With the new fury is Scrapper definitely the higher-damage-output option?

How much more survivable is the Brute?

Will I need tough and weave? Or, better off with Aid Self?

Also, I am a little worried about the taunt in the power that adds the regen and to-hit debuff. I have had trouble with a scrapper with /shield who had a power that also was an AoE taunt and he got a fair bit of aggro.

Want to make a Dual Blades scrapper will a focus on healing. Both /regen and /willpower have this. The simple question is: which one is more powerful?

I am returning after a long break. I have been playing CoH off and on for years but still don't have a level 50. Now, are all the players playing their 50s to get incarnate stuff? Will I still be able to get a good low-level team? I want to play from level one but looking forward to other players doing the same thing.

So... at the end of the day what do the changes to fury actually mean? Is it that the lower range of fury is easier to get? While filling the bar will take longer - but longer than before or just more than the lower range? Does it now take longer to decay?

Is this an improvement or a nerf?
