    Duels -> Fire/Rad, Fire/TA and Fire/FF at the same level
    Teams ->Fire/Kin followed by Fire/FF and Fire/Empath at same level too...

    Btw /FF 0 endurance?? hah!
  2. Hibernate basically rootens you and leaves you invulnerable to any attack. Just like phase shift, as you said, except for the +reg and +recovery. Main con is that if you are fighting a debuffer, like /rad, for instance, you can bet your money you will have the whole set of debuffs on you as you break free from it, which would mean an almost sure doom

  7. Yup I considered that myself too, but finally found Intimidate+caltrops more of a fun (although I've got tp foe planned on build for fliers tho ^^)
  8. Fair enough. Then I'd take those powers. You'll find that having some ranged attacks is very handy. People tend to run after receiving a bu+headsplitter that leave them red, go figure why , so having something ranged to hit them while escaping is cool. Mainly ET is a very good power, also for PvP too IMO
  9. As I said before, have you considering dropping the whole epics and take weapons one?
  10. FA is a toggle (and really end heavy) so I'd better slot it for ToH buffs and EndRdx instead of rechrdx
  11. Oh and I know it's not the most popular opinion but have you considered taking weapons epics instead of body ones? At least that is what I'm planning to do on my bs/regen

    Oh true, my bad lol, I'd 2 slot it on jump alone and 3 slot hurdle for better unsupressed jump. Defbuff on CJ is tiny, not worth slotting it imo, and deffo dont slot it with endrdx (if you need end move it to FA) as its not really end demanding
  13. Well it it was me, I'd take two slots from resilience and add a def buff and a rechred on parry, and possibly 1-2 of the slots in health to hurdle (as you dont have combat jumping you would lack some vertical unless you got a temp power), but overall it looks good
  14. Cant really say without the slotting, but it seems a pretty consinstent build to my eyes
  15. Yup I only meant that although being a prequisite, provoke is not an useless power at all for pvp
  16. I'd drop slice, u wont use it in pvp at all. Provoke is good in PvP if you are teaming with a squishy, but intimidate is great on a bs scrapper

  22. Reason why EU->US is not possible. EU servers would have 10 people in peak times
  23. why not range, immobilise hold and -jump on it? :-s
